I am 19 and have never done any sort of BE, hence me adding the adjective 'green' to my name. I am about 145 lbs. and 5'8". I want to lose a little weight and LOVE weight lifting, so when I get back to school in a couple of weeks I'll probably lift three days a week and do aerobics 3 days a week. I don't know how this will work with BE, since weight lifting epecially and exercise in general increases testosterone levels. Does anyone have any advice concerning BE and weight lifting? I am also a not-so-strict vegetarian (I eat fish) and will add a whey protein shake to my diet so I'll have sufficient protein. Right now I wear a 36A and would like to wear a 36B or 34C. My breasts are droopy and slightly tubular, even though I am so young. I hope that with a booby batter and herbal routine, they'll perk up. I also take a lot of vitamins, zinc along with B complex, a lot of A and C, and calcium.
I'm going to be starting Orth Tri-Cyclen in a week or two for the usual reason, depending on Auntie Flow, and am considering buying the six month supply of SBS. To SBS, I'm thinking of adding EPO and red clover to the boobie batter and orally. What do you think, and how much of those do you think would be appropriate to start with?
I thought about whipping up my own routine, but got nervous and decided to try something commercial at first. I know, I know. Does anyone have any suggestions or words of advice?
