Massage question-confused

Hi i was just wondering when using the liquid extract for massage wen u mix the liquid with the lotion do you put like a couple of drops or do u put one full dropper into it( the whole length of the dropper). Sorry its a bit hard to understand but im just a little confused.

Use a nickel to quarer-sized amount. That's about 5-7 drops.
