i havent visited the board for a while.. since then i have been keeping up with my weight loss before starting BE as some recommended. i lost 15lbs and went from a size 4 to a size 00, concequently going from a 34b to a 32a! the loss in cupsize has dramatically affected my self esteem and has made me very depressed. its not like i want huge boobs, i just want my top to be in proportion with my hips which is 34", being a UNPADDED 34b or 32c would be amazing for me. ive been reading the forums.. but im still confused on where to begin.. can someone go through the steps with me? and i still dont understand herbs vs. bo.. which will work the best for me? currently i am taking multivitamins, greentea caps, sports energy (not fat burn) suppliments and diane 35. im also taking meal replacement shakes and bars for weight matinence, they both contain chocolate.. i read that chocolate's a no-no for BE, would these affect my progress? also, would an atkins diet affect BE? my bf % has been a constant 19% since i lost the 15lbs. what can i take to raise my bf%? (something thats atkins friendly) im asian and in my early 20's. my lifestyle is mixed, i goto the gym every day but im cutting down on my cardio and focusing on weight training. i smoke socially but i also smoke marijuana, does this affect BE? drink occasionally, maybe once a week. i just took the body type test and im a nurturer, not quite sure what that means. any help would be GREATLY appreciated! thank you~

Atkins is very useful in a BO routine, since you need to have high protein. Taking daily protein shakes with BO is recommended. The jury is out on Caffiene which is the culprit for chocolate & BE, so don't worry about it too much. Many board members that have been successes, drink coffee and pop. So...go for that chocolate fix. Unsure about the marijuana...what comes to mind is the possiblity of creating dopamine which is counter productive to BE, but not really sure on that one. FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWNNNN! HELP! ;D
