Is there any difference between the different herbal BE products? I see some people try Quick Bust and then will try SBS or something similar, but they have most of the same ingredients, atleast the ones that matter. So if one herbal product doesn't work, why would the other? Would it be just as good to buy the herbs in bulk and make our own capsules?

Hi, Basically there are 4 herbs used for NBE, but the amounts & dosages vary. It's not cut & dried dosages for each individual. Since we all have different hormonal balances, some products may work better on 1 person, but nothing on the other. If you notice a lot of the members start with a commercial for at least 3 mos, then either "tweak" or switch to individual's. The problem with commercial's is they could have fillers in them, not pure herbal content. And finding that PERFECT regiment is tough. So PATIENCE is the key and the right attitude, which "dowsing" seems to be helping with many on the board.

Hiya UF. Another thing I would add is that all companies do not process herbs the same. Some have more fillers inside, others process it differently (for example for red clover herb, may have more of the stem, vs. the more potent blossum tops where more nutrients are because it's cheaper. Herbal componies do have 'ratings' regarding this, but it's not regulated by the FDA. For the many commericals out there, not only is how potent is are the herbs they are using is imp, but the quatity in the herb. Some may list similar ingredients, but the ratios of amounts can vary significantly. For the above reasons, it's smarter to use individual herbs, so you can control the amounts of each herb separately. If you have a commercial with fenugreek, and w/y..and u'd like to raise your fenugreek quanity..u'll wind up raising ur w/y amount, too..which may be less than desired.

O!.. Fawn's site, you can buy herbs and make them yourself. You'll be insuring a 'purer' possibly more potent herb. If you don't feel like making the capsules, then companies like Solary, NOW, Nature's Herb, Natrol are reputable and I've personally used with success.
