Hi everybody my name is Sara!
I started Quickbust 2 days ago, as I am too small to even wear a bra (I have never ever been fitted for one) so I'm hoping it may change that.
I only discovered there were breast-enhancers a week ago (and very quickly ordered Quickbust lol) so I am very naive about the subject at the moment. Please bear with me! Thankyou

First you need to look through the board and find out about your hormonal balance and body type. There are lots of recipes in "Routines" for home made, this board perfers home made since it's more cost effective and you know exactly what is in it. ;D Massaging does help promote growth, since it produces prolactin, something females during puberty are rich in.
