Hey guys, I'm new to this board, but i'm hoping to start herbal treatment by taking fenugreek and red clover together (and possibly some other ones) and see if there are results after a couple months. I'm wondering these herbs will interfere with birth control (estrogen/progesterine combo), like how St.J ohn's Wort interferes with birth control. Thanks for you help!

What is the name of your BC pill? I know several girls are taking yasmin and herbs and are growing. But they are also dowsing to see what herbs and pill will work for their body types.

Hi! I take Ortho-tricyclen lo. Also, I've been trying to look through the posts to see what dowsing is exactly and how to do it, but I'm still unclear about what it is.

Stargirl beboard.proboards23.com/index.cgi?board=popular&action=display&thread=1080773913 check this out, it explains what some of the girls have been doing. As for the tried and proven program, they don't always work. Pammy was the ONLY one that grew from a B to a DD and kept it, all the other girls that followed her routine did NOT gain like Pammy did or kept it as long as Pammy did. SO what will work for one will not work for everyone.

Pammy's routine is a good one for those who will stick with it but my suggestion was to "use a tried and proven routine that someone else has used with similar conditions to yours." You will need to do some research to decide what you want to do. There are plenty here who can help. You might start a post on the General section. Pammy did not go from B to DD in one shot. Her first effort took her to "between sizes C/D (mostly D)..." The entire duration including a 6 month break was April 2002 to July 2003. Pammy's Routine on the Routines page: beboard.proboards107.com/index.cgi?board=Routines&action=display&thread=1067723277True, Pammy was a good responder, and not everyone finds what works for them on the first try. I'm not aware of anyone who did the same thing twice. As for "tried and proven", there are no guarentees for anyone - but it is a better place to start than just guessing. Wahaika

But you ARE guessing with the tried and proven or any other routine too, cause your body type, blood type, metabolism and hormone count is different than the person that is having success. Just because your against dowsing stop condemning it and being rude
even Dumbo needed a magic feather to get him to jump.

Wahaika,
It's ok to have your own opinions about something.....we're all entitled to them.....however it's not cool to indirectly make fun of those who believe in something u don't.

Chickydee, Well, I have to agree with you, it is definitely not cool. However, the precedent has already been set on this board that making fun of others, directly or indirectly, who don't believe the same as you do is OK, especially if others agree with you. Wahaika

barbara392639 You are taking my reply out of purportion. I didn't say to indescriminately take a routine and use it. I said "use a tried and proven routine that someone else has used with similar conditions to yours. You will need to do some research to decide what you want to do. There are plenty here who can help. You might start a post on the General section." I think you would have to agree, that is not simply guessing. Items 4 and 5 in the fine print at the bottom of every page make a similar point. The context of my statement was that a successful routine under similar circumstances as one's own, as a start in the overall process of designing a routine, is better than guessing. I make a remark about a catalyst to inspire confidence to take the first step, and I am criticized. As for the accusation of being rude, others on this board express their opinion in an extremely rude way and nothing is ever said. Is there some reason why you are singling me out? My comments answered a question and were extremely tame. I am not engaging in any practice that has not already been tacitly accepted. Wahaika

Wahaika Hi buddy, Seems like you're back to your old tricks and games with words. We're not idiots, and your words were indeed insinuating. Why is it that you, a man, is still posting on here again? Wonder what your 'wife' thinks about all your concern about a method other 'grown' women are deciding to use to grow their own breasts? Dowsers are proving and having THE highest success rate for NBE on this board(prolly many other)s...much more than the 'guessers'. If it weren't working, then I could understand your position. All the dowsers have done from day 1 is prove that this method works.

I dont post very much on this board, although I check in everyday, I had to put my "two cents" in. I'm grateful to live in a place where freedom of speech is allowed, as well as in this forum. But I never felt that gave me the right to "beat up" someone else for something I dont know much about or didnt try to learn about. When I started NBE in March (almost 4 months ago), my chest measured at 30". Today I am measuring at 32 1/4 " . WoooHooo! I am hoping this is just the beginning. I adjusted my routine 1 month ago with the help of Wenonae ( many thanks) and started dowsing my daily routine. But the brilliant thing that I have discovered is that although these things that I am taking are aiding in BE, they are also helping my health. Fennel has helped greatly with my acid reflux and Kudzu has helped with my iron deficeincy. I will say that I was skeptical at first, but figured it couldnt hurt to give it a try...so why not. I did a search on dowsing and read on it. I didnt just dismiss it because I knew nothing about it. And I didnt mock those that were doing it. I'm thankful I did my homework. I started out with a "sound" routine, but with dowsing, added to it and made it even better. It is like a little gift you can give yourself to try it. Looking forward to much more growth with help from my pendulum and this board. Perhaps the narrow minded should try to learn more about dowsing, instead of belittling those who try it. I dont sit in my house and "summon the spirits" to direct me what pills to take. I allow the energy from within my own body to direct me and guide me on the quest. I dont want to get into my religion...it has nothing to do with dowsing or this board, but if dowsing offends you or your religious beliefs (as it appears it does from previous threads), perhaps you should be visiting another board. Enough of my 2 cents, but dont knock it till you've tried it! Thanks, Heather

Hello Heather,
>>"I'm grateful to live in a place where freedom of speech is allowed, as well as in this forum. But I never felt that gave me the right to "beat up" someone else for something I dont know much about or didnt try to learn about."
You may yet find that this exact thing is what the thread is really about. The double standard has got to go!
- It appears that you already have a successful routine with the help of Wenonae. If you want to give dowsing a try, that's up to you but any credit to dowsing over what you would have done is null since you already know that you are a responder on your current routine. How will you know that dowsing was better or worse? You won't know.
The most dowsing will do is introduce cycling into your routine. Other BE systems already do this and are successfull, so cycling is already proven.
The least dowsing will do is get you to spend time considering your routine and its effects on your body. If you want to spend time each day thinking about your routine and its effect on you then my hat is off. If it takes swinging a piece of metal and exercising your eye muscles on it to get you to do this in some new age sort of way, then that is up to you.
I hope you can now see where my comment on Dumbo's magic feather comes in.

Hi missy! Word tricks and word games? I thought it was all pretty obvious, hence the reactions, and I meant every word. It was all from the heart. I would like you to please tell me anywhere I called anyone an idiot. On the other hand, idiots are as idiots do. Does one become an idiot by engaging in idiocy? >> "Why is it that you, a man, is still posting on here again? Wonder what your 'wife' thinks about all your concern about a method other 'grown' women are deciding to use to grow their own breasts?"OK, now you're an idiot. The last time another idiot posted similar words, my wife convinced me to attempt taking the high road and cut the conversation (venomous argument) off. I think now that it was a big mistake, and one I intend to address as soon as the thread is unlocked. I should have at least answered the unanswered questions. Until then, I think it would be a good idea to address this issue here and now. (BTW, thank you to those of you who wrote to me at my hotmail address in support. It is very much appreciated!). 1. What you (plural) did is known as an ad hominem argument. The subject of the thread is dowsing, or in this case, the obvious idiocy of it. You are addressing the characteristics (even if they are imaginary) of your opponent. Engaging in this type of thing only serves to deceive readers who agree with the sidetrack. The subject at hand gets lost in an appeal to emotions. In this case, a situation which admittedly looks bad regardless of the accusations. I know that there are some on the board who do not know what the term ad hominem means. If I were to be drawn into the tangent, I might respond like this: "What does your husband think of you putting up pictures of your boobs where you KNOW another man (actually there are two of us) is lurking about and will surely see them. That doesn't even take non board members into account who are innocently surfing a site that says at the bottom of each page that there are no pics to worry about (Item 3). You didn't even put them on a Yahoo site so they could be avoided. You gave no choice in the matter. We are reading along and there they are! I thought that this type of exabitionism (my wife's word) was not allowed on the site." However, I'm not going to engage in that kind of rhetoric. Instead, I will simply make you aware of the tactic and give some sites with definitions: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ad_hominemen.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ad_hominem#Ad_hominem_abusivedictionary.reference.com/search?q=ad%20hominemwww.intrepidsoftware.com/fallacy/attack.phpwww2.sjsu.edu/depts/itl/graphics/adhom/adhom.htmlwww.bartleby.com/61/71/A0087100.html2. My personal life and motivations are none of your business. Any allegations of what is in my mind and heart are completely unknown to you or you wouldn't make the accusation. I make no claims to perfection. I am a male and subject to testosterone like the rest of us. I am not on this board for any immoral reasons or purposes. I do not find any pictures to be in poor taste. Again, if I were after some kind of peep show, there are other places to go and spend my time, mind, and money on if I wanted to waste my life. As for your accusation, here is a quote written by my wife which I think will answer your question. "Being analytical, like my husband, I do not understand the stupidity of some women who are gullible enough to fall into the touchy feely methods of dowsing. To put dowsing up as a staple of NBE is wrong, especially for those just starting out. One should read the Herbs page first followed by the Routines page and then the Medical Related Research page. They need to choose and follow an established routine such as Pammy's, which I have found to be is the most logical and precise. I too have had sucess with her routine which, by the way, is the Greenbush routine with some additions. Once a routine has been established by those beginning NBE, then and only then should they do any tweaking. Dowsing is very subjective and will lead to failure and frustration by those just beginning NBE.
As for my husband, being on a BE board and responding to questions and making observations, I have no patience for whiny women and their gullibility. If one approaches NBE scientifically and had success, wouldn't they want to share it with everyone to help them avoid the pitfalls of NBE? Wasn't this the premise of the BEBoard? My time is valuable to me, I view certain threads that he has filtered through and found to be useful. I don't write because I would be offending all of you every time I wrote. My husband is much kinder and has more tact than I do. "Further, she has spoken at length with Mominator (Yahoo Messenger) on a couple of occasions. It took her a long time to allow me to even post her routine and she will never post any pictures. We read a lot of stuff together and have gone through this entire experience together, and continue to in spite of petty remarks and ignorant opinions. If that is beyond your understanding or belief, then it certainly sheds light on the dysfunctional view of men that I have noticed permeating the board from time to time. What a pitty! BTW, This is the second attempt to get me to leave the board through an ad hominem attack. May I be so bold to ask why you don't think husbands have an interest in this subject? DUH! >> "Dowsers are proving and having THE highest success rate for NBE on this board(prolly many other)s...much more than the 'guessers'. If it weren't working, then I could understand your position. All the dowsers have done from day 1 is prove that this method works"FALSE. If you think that the few of you who have logged success with dowsing is so great, then you have obviously not visted the Greenbush site lately. Joel (another male by the way) has so many success stories that he has to catagorize them on several pages. www.greenbush.net/testimonials.htmlNo, all you are doing is proving that cycling works - a subject we have already discussed from time to time and something that I have found more research on, which I will post someday when I think you're genuinely interested. Wahaika Wenonae continued this conversation in the Gripes Section under < Wahaika's dowsing comments >

Stargirl, Well, I just want to apologize for the tangent your thread has taken. To comment about what you orginally asked about, I'm going to re-iterate exactly what Barb was feeding back to you. YES, you can do NBE with BC and not affect your pregnacy chances. But! especially for those dowsing, we have much more assurance that we are not interfering with the functions of our BC and NBE because we're using the pendulum method to determine what works for our systems. Before we'd learned on dowsing on this board, several of us were doing trial and error NBE while on BC. To date, still with that, no one has posted that they became pregnant as a result of using the NBE-touted herbs of fenugreek, red clover, w/y, etc. This is one of the most informative boards out there. It's not just a support group, but we have collectively gathered Medical Research which suggests natural breast enhancement is possible, and have developed some interesting thoughts for what works on what type of person and why, but still, until dowsing, we had loopholes and little consistent success. Browse through as many newbee threads. Our general approach for trial and error method has been stated time and again..and the 'alternative'. WELCOME to BEB!
