hello dear new friends; i have been reading your posts daily for over a month, and have been both impressed and comforted. here are my stats: age 42 5'7" 118 lbs communicator no known hormonal imbalances according to the online test breastfed 1 child for 2 yrs, stopped 8 yrs ago was always flat chested, and fell in love with my breasts during nursing; they only got to a small B (if that), but on me they looked just fine right now i have about 2 tablespoons worth of breast tissue in one breast, maybe 3-4 in the other..(thats my best way to descibe how small they are..i never even bothered to shop for an actual cup size bra, only stretchy thingys... sooo, i started herbs 2 mths ago, and got greenbush extracts (SP, WY, fngrk and fennel) and EPO. and got tingles and a little fullness after 4 weeks, then stopped to do an intensive colon and liver cleanse to better prepare my body for BE, and because i had wanted to do a liver cleanse this spring anyway. i had been waiting for my flow to start to begin again, which happened yesterday, and decided to ramp down what i was doing previously (1 squirt 3X day) to 10 drops each of WY, SP, and fngrk 3X day, and massaging with fennel extract in EPO and cayenne 2X day, then applying an infrared heat wand i got at a thrift shop. Problem: my pendulum says NBE won't work for me i am using a crystal window light prism, and it seemed to give me an accurate yes and no to known questions, but cant nudge a yes out of whether NBE will help my breasts grow. i did get tingles when i initially began, and i seem to be in a good category for growth. any clues? love, shakti

I understand that crystals for the 'novice' pendulum user can be 'mis-leading' at best as crystals channel lots of energies well. I'd suggest trying a personal item of your own, such as a neckalce. Cleanse it by rinsing with bottled water, letting it dry in sun for 2-3 hours. Then calibrate. See what it indicates then. If still no...then ..well, let's cross that bridge when we get there. Let us know

Hey there Sakti: I just read your post. Right now I am on a BE break, and have been doing cleanses. I just did my first liver cleanse last nite - so this morning my body is doing it's thing. May I ask you what liver cleanse method you used? Thank you. Hippychick (Hip)

Shakti- Another thing...since you did grow while preggers, there's every reason to think that you should be able to do NBE...but that's just a thought.

hi all! thanks wen, i will search today for an alternate, meanwhile do what i intuit seems right for me from research... hippychick, i did richard schulzes colon and liver cleanse www.herbdoc.com its a bit pricey, but his herbs are strong, and i like his attitude. i also supplemented with coffee enemas, which produce a lot of bile to flush out liver toxins quickly. there is also hannah krugers liver flush, which you can find if you search www.curezone.com. its veeery intense, and reputedly quite effective, drinking alot of olive oil and lemon w/epsom salts, sleeping (if you can) then 'releasing' gallstones in the morning. schulzes is milder over 5 days...i didnt notice stones, but didn't search i felt great though! send me a pm if you want to discuss further, unless there is interest on the board to create a cleanse thread in off topic... love, shakti

Our profiles sound very similar except I am a bit off balance hormonally (as well as mentally, so I've been told). Anyway...it is has been shown on this board that estrogen dominance is a GOOD thing for BE. I agree with Wen, if you grew during pregnancy, then your chances of gaining with NBE are pretty good. Also, being a communicator type is a plus, they tend to have the best results. ;D Bust of Luck and Welcome to the board!

Hi! I'm just curious about what pendulum you're all talking about, this isn't about magic is it? I've heard about people getting bigger breasts after hypnosis, but I don't know if I really believe in such things. Have any one of you tried hypnosis and gotten bigger breasts? I don't mean to be discouraging but I myself don't believe in magic. Perhaps it works for those who do, I don't know. Sometimes it seams like if for those who really believe in something, it works. As I wrote earlier I would be interested in hearing about positive results from other methods than NBE. (By the way from NBE as well of course.)

Hi Glasskulan, Welcome to the board. As I understand it, using a pendulum isn't 'magic' it's a way of getting in touch with your body by dowsing. As you probably know, dowsing is an ancient method of finding water (among other things). I've been trying to enhance my breast size for 3 years - with results that came and went. I started using a pendulum in March to find out what kind of routine would work best for me. It turned out that herbs would be most effective. After that, I dowsed to find out which herbs would be best, and how many capsules to take of which herb, each day. I dowse 3 times a day and the pendulum has indicated a basic regime, but the amounts and stuff I take varies quite a lot from month to month. So far, I have made consistent progress with the help of dowsing. I've gained in fullness and don't gain then lose everything like I used to do. I definitely think that this is a very good way of getting in touch with your own body's energy. The pendulum acts like a barometer - some days you will need more of one herb than another, and some days maybe nothing at all. It's definitely worth a try. I certainly don't consider it magic. I've also tried hypnosis and have a hypnosis CD. It's nothing weird - sometimes I fall asleep! But the point of it is to relax you to the point that your subconscious can reprogramme your body to 'grow' breasts. It's all about cutting out the conscious mind that probably thinks all of this nonsense. I think the hypnosis is helpful - it's all about learning to relax, and to visualise your body changing. I think visualisation is a very powerful tool in setting goals, and programming yourself to reach them. I find it a good way to shake off tension - it's basically just a way to kick back. I'm not sure if it's helpful to everyone, but at the moment it's one of the things I'm doing (along with massage) to help speed things along.
Good luck with your programme!!

Hi Warriorqueen! I actually didn't understand what dowsing was really. I tried to look it up but it wasn't in my dictionary! You know I am swedish and I have kind of a language barrier. I would like to try dowsing then, but I don't know how to do it. What kind of tools should I use and how should I use them? Quite curious and kind regards Anna

Hi Glass, Go to the 'Links' section on the board and take a look at the category called alternative BE methods. There's a post called: 'Question sequence for Setting up your NBE Routine' which will give you the basic help you need in trying out dowsing. It's definitely worth trying!
Let us know how you get on.
