Hi, i'm new to this board, but i have been reading it for a while now. I'm 30yrs old, and have one child, i am 5'2", 100 lbs, a nurturer body type breastfed my baby for almost 1 yr. I went from a very firm 34c to a very saggy 32A after I was done with breastfeeding, Now I am desperate to get my old cup size back. I am really not sure how to start my BE program. I would like to start with individual herbs. Infact, I already ordered feenugreek, SP, RC and WY capsules from greenbush. I have also bought EPO from local Walmart. I am also planning to include progestrone cream in my routine, but I am little confused about it. I have already started massaging with (oliva oil + feenugreek powder) once a day. But I am producing some milk. Should I wait to start BE program until my milk dries up?? Please give me some advise about how to start BE program and how much herbs should I take in a day. Also please advise if I should use progestrone cream in my program. And where can I find it?? IS it available in stores like Walmart etc??

Hi Baby, YES you need to wait until your milk dries up before attempting BE, most especially massages, it will produce milk. And fenugreek...is known as a milk producer in lactating women. When it is time to start massaging, you DO NOT want to use the powder, it does absorb well, you want to use "extracts" which can also be purchased at GB. And goes on SO much smoother and not gritty, messy, icky! Fenugreek powder needs stomach acids to break it down, your boobs won't do that. So go with the extracts. I would definately hold off any BE attempts until your milk has completely dried up & wait at least 1 cycle after that. We ALL know how anxious it is to want bigger boobs...it is SO frustrating, but in your case patience is really a issue. Let us know how you are doing!

Hiya Baby. Yep..progesterone will help inspire glands to grow, which provide support for boobies. However, it's to be used generally during Days 12-26, so that ur levels can drop after you stop it, to induce a cycle. Fenugreek, btw, is highly used for increasing lactaction in boobies. Personally, if you've just finished nursing, that wouldn't be an herb high on the list to use Good luck!
