Hi, i'm new to this board, but i have been reading it for a few weeks now and have finally joined today. I am 23 and a nurturer body type (i think), i am 5'8" and fluctuate between 135-140lbs. i am a vegetarian (lacto-ovo). i began greenbush enhancement blend two weeks ago, but just realized today i was not taking the correct amount of capsules (3 capsules, but only 1ce a day!!!!) so now i will increase to 3capsules/3times..... i measure about a 32/34 full A, small B. I measure about 30" rib/chest (give or take) and about 34-35" around at the breastpoint. I have been feeling some tingling, especially after the massage with the enhancement extract, and some swelling. i think i feel more breast weight when i move, but i'm a little worried it's just wishful thinking (?)....i didn't think i would experience any growth in these first two weeks, but i normally only experience swelling the week before my period and i am much more aware of my breasts because when i move they feel fuller---kind of in my way when they usually aren't. I have looked at the breast size charts, but i feel like there is a large "margin of error" when i use a tape measure (like how much air is in my lungs, the exact place around my back i measure, etc.) is there a good way to at least get a consistent way to measure? should i measure breast growth by how i feel in one certain bra? should it fit properly or should it be too big a little unsure on this topic.... I also wanted to thank everyone for such a great forum....i think because it is not a commercial website i really will get helpful and sincere information and support. i also want to thank you for you suggestions about greenbush---i had been doing some research and thought it seemed the most realistic / non-hype / sincere company.....i think i made the right choice--- i will definitely keep in touch and keep updating if i find anything works! It's not unusual for some to have quick results. Although I will warn you! It could be luteal swelling, so it's BEST not to get too excited until day 5-7 of the next cycle. Especially when on BE herbs, because you are adding phyto-estrogens, which could make you estrogen dominant, which does cause "luteal gain". Just a warning. Keep us abreast of any further developments. And welcome to the board!

Hi there! As to how to measure properly it can be difficult, not even including the luteal swelling you can get. I do a couple of things. First always measure at the same time every day, whatever time you choose. Also, make sure you measure before or after exhaling. It doesn't really matter which way you do it, just pick one and measure ONLY that way. For me, since I breast fed I have a bra with C cups that I fit completely while nursing that is horrible baggy on me now at an A cup. I took my picture in that bra (with it baggy) as well as topless to have something to measure against. Some girls like to measure across the individual breast, where 7" is an A, 8" is a B etc. But I find that difficult to do myself as I don't know where my breast really "ends" I believe some also measure from the top to the bottom of the breast, using the Armpit as a reference point, to measure when you seem to be getting fuller on top, but you aren't measuring any increase in inches. If you are looking for less sagging, you may want to measure from you collorbone to you nipples and see if you get any "lifting" from your efforts. I would suggest just trying out these different methods and keep them in a notebook or something. You don't have to measure each one each week, but if you feel fuller, but can't measure it, try out one of the other methods to see if perhaps you have gained in other ways/areas. Hope this helps some. --Jane

Hi there!
I'm new to the Forum too. I actually haven't even received my Greenbush kit yet...and I just found this website this afternoon by bouncing around the web doing some "herb research." One of the forums said this was the newest version, I hope this is the right one ;D
So, here are my stats: I'm 25 years old, 130 pounds, 5'8" with an athletic build but curvy hips. Unfortunately, I don't have boobies to match those hips:( I'm a 34A/very small B cup.
Overall, I'm pretty happy in my "skin" except for wishing for slightly larger breasts...I would NEVER get implants, but I feel out of proportion. It can be hard to find swimsuits and bras that fit me right. I also feel a bit inadequate with new beaus... we live in such a "breast-centric" culture. And although I haven't had any specific complaints, I feel bashful about my itty bitty boobies.
One thing of note: I tried the Brava system for 6months a couple years ago. I was very committed to the system-- used it every night and stayed on much longer than the 10weeks they recommended. I had a lot of skin problems with it and after I went off, I lost all the swelling I had while using the system. I'm not saying Brava doesn't work for some, but it did not work for me and I would not recommend it to friends.
I have been investigating herbs for a couple months after reading "The Green Pharmacy." I'm curious if there are any users out there who have gone off the herbs and retained their growth. Or do most folks scale back their intake but keep using the herbs, but reduce the dosage? Also, are there any serious side affects to using breast herbs?
I bought the Greenbush products because they seemed more ligit than some of the other products hocked on cheesy websites (B.S. Small Breast Solutions, Bloussant, etc). They might have okay products but their websites are such a turnoff! Also, they don't seem to have as high amounts of the herbs that I have read are the most useful.
I'm thinking about just following the G.Bush regime by taking capsules and using the extract massage once a day to try and even out my breast size (my right breast is about 1/2 cup smaller than my left). But if anyone has any other success tips, I'm very open to suggestion!
Sorry I've babbled so much but I'm so glad to find a group of folks using herbs who are talking honestly and openly about them. Any helpful hints would be much appreciated!
Thanks a million! Nashgirly (Sarah)
P.S. Is it better to take the capsules with food? I don't want to get nauseous...just curious.

thanks everyone for the advice...
i will update soon and i check the board all the time to hear news from you all!!!!
also---i am going to order another supply of greenbush and was wondering what the board's general consensus was concerning preferences (or pros and cons) for either the enhancement blend kit or using separate herbs from them.....probably just personal preference, but any suggestions, let me know!
thanks,
amy
