Hi! I'm new to BE and am hoping someone can help me learn. Now that I am done having babies and breastfeeding I would like to work on increasing my size, but I have no clue where to start. Here is some info about me.
29 years old had 2 babies and nursed each one for a year just stopped nursing 3 months ago used to be a B cup, but am currently an A 5'7" 130lbs
How do I get started? Thanks in advance!

Probably the best place to start is Fawn's web site, which not only gives GREAT info on BE efforts, but beauty and health. www.botanicalbeautylab.com/index.htmlI personally chose a "commerical" HBA, for new BE'ers it's lower dosages, so you know if you will respond. You can always tweak from there. Greenbush www.greenbush.net is another GREAT source for blends as well as individuals. Their customer service is GREAT, and many have had success using their products. Hope this helps! Let us know what "routine" you decide to do. Check out "routines" section for MORE ideas and helpful hints.; Welcome to the board!

Thank you Momi. I have been reading/researching but find myself still confused as to where to start.
After taking the online test I seem to be a communicator body type(I don't understand what that means) but I read that communicators respond well to the herbs.
I took the online hormone test and I don't have any apparent hormone imbalances.
I can't decide if I should purchase a 3 month supply from Greenbush or start with Saw Palmetto, Red Clover, and massage per the instructions on the Botanical Beauty Lab website.
Hmm, maybe I won't know what works til I try, but if you have any suggestions feel free to share!
Thanks! :)Shaunie

Go for the GB;) That is proven by the successes on this board, be sure to use Red Clover with it however. Red Clover is a progesterone blocker and that is important also. Red Clover may not provide as much phyto-estrogen as fenugreek. Communicators do very well on herbs btw. Hope that helps your quandry!
