My name's Melissa, I'm 22yrs old, and have one child. I'm 5'4'' 113lbs. and breastfed my son for about 2 months before my milk supply decided to dry up on me (that was a while ago, he's almost 3 now). I went from a firm 34B to a very limp and saggy 32A after all was said and done, and am desperate to at the very least get my old cup size back, though I'd really love to be a C. I have started taking individual herbs and using the HBA night cream about 2 weeks ago, and am beginning to wonder about this progestrone stuff. I know a good amount about herbs, but I'm kinda confused about the progestrone--does it really regrow mamory gland tissue, and if so how long does it take? Here's my current routine: Saw Palmetto 450mgs 3x a day Fennel Seed 480mg 3x a day Fenugreek 610mgs 3x a day Wild Yam 500mg 3x a day Evening Primrose 1000mg 2x a day Conjugated Linoleic Acid 1000mg 2x a day (helps promote fat loss while preserving lean body mass) So far (exept for one time right after I started) I haven't even felt any tingles, which makes me worry that it's not going to work. I'm going to Florida at the end of June and will be taking my son to the beach for the 1st time, and am hoping against hope that I can at least get a little firmness back before then (I'm desprate). Apparently if you wear juniors (I'm a size 1) you are doomed to wearing a bakini because that's all they make. I would just like to go something so I can just enjoy my time with my son and not be so self concous that I can't think of anything else. I'm also trying to lose fat, however I'm working out so I'm going by inches lost not weight. This is my first attempt at NBE so please give me some advise here!!

When I started using 20mg 2x daily of progesterone it helped my glands tremendously! And rather quickly too, I would say within a week, I noticed a remarkable difference, so to get dem babies perky again...I would recommend trying it. Just make sure it has Progesterone USB in it. It may slow down your BE efforts, but then again it may also improve your success. Kind of like putting up a tent, if your glands are somewhat involuted (which breast feeding will do, takes a while for them to recover), you need to put the "poles" up, then build the fat behind them. Your routine looks VERY solid, instead of wasting $$$ on HBA cream, check out routines for "boobie" batter recipes. Easy to make, cheaper, & you know exactly what you are putting in it. Do not tweak for at least 3 months, your routine definately looks good. Bust of Luck and keep us abreast of any developments. Try the progesterone cream cycle days 12-26.

Copy/Paste:
Just to be my usual nit-picky self, breast feeding doesn't cause involution. Age does.
Having HAD a full-term pregnancy allows the complete development of glands that later allows the glands to involute properly.
Women who don't have children will still involute - however, their chances of not involuting fully are higher.
Just want to throw this in there in case anyone is thinking that breast feeding is a bad thing or that involution is a bad thing.
Full and complete involution reduces risk for breast cancer.

Hiya Kiehano. Ummm, well, just wanted to let you know..even if you have the 'perfect' regime, it takes 2-3 months to gain and keep a cup. So, expect to be in this about 3 months solid, at least. 6-9months for 2-3 cups. I think Pammy was the only one on BEB who gained a cup in 2-3 months, but she was very fortunate to luck up on her 'magic' regime in a few tries. Dowsers are the only other ones growing at her same rate. Good luck!

Ok this is a little off-topic but I thought I'd add my 2 cents. ;D IF you are small on top (like me) but have a GREAT butt, SHOW IT OFF! Guy like butts TOO! In fact many like them more! I went to the river recently & wore my thong (newly purchased) and got so many compliments from girls and guys I was like "Why did it take me so long to get one of these things?" I actually had one WOMAN ask to touch my butt! How crazy is that?! Now you can't wear a thong everywhere, but if you can, I say go for it! It was a real confidence booster for me. --Jane

Unfortunately, my butt isn't much better, though I'm working at it! I'm not really heavy or anything but before my son I was 102 and now I'm 113. I gained 46lbs while pregnant, so I look kind of "soft". I'm working I disagree off to try to tone up, I use an exercise bike for 25min every morning and am using The Firm video set to get the rest of me in shape. So far it isn't doing much . I even tryed the south beach diet but I'm a carb queen so I couldn't stick with it (though I eat alot better than I used to). Any suggestions or tips for toning up and losing the pooch?? Also I wanted to let everyone know I've decided to add progesterone to my routine temporarily, I have about a week and a half before my period so we'll see if it does anything. So far nothing looks any differant but it's probably way too early to expect to see anything anyway. Does anyone think I should add anything else to my routine or does it look okay the way it is now? My boobs aren't really sore or anything, but they do hurt alittle after massage, do you think that means something's working, or am I just being desperate?

Ummmm....didn't notice when I replied in my first post, RED CLOVER! You could definately use some red clover, it's one of the better herbs this board has found for controlling water weight, fenugreek ickies, fuzzy head, headaches, etc. Also GREAT for BE purposes. Bust of luck!

Same thing for me. I guess I have some issues left over from childhood, and I just want boobs for me. I was made fun of alot when I was in school, you know, pool class and gym locker rooms, and it made me feel really self concious. Everyone, even my parents and their friends, make fun of my chest. It's all in good fun I know, but at the same time always having it pointed out for you by other people really sucks. It's the worst when I think they look okay in a certain outfit or something and I go over there to say hi and my neihbor stops over and jokingly asks me when I'm going to buy a pair! Plus, the biggest reason for me is just that I want to be able to wear shirts that fit right without the loose material in the chest area when it fits perfect everywhere else. Otherwise I have a pretty small figure (I wear a juniors size1) so I'm hoping that a little bigger of a chest will make me look like I have more of a womanly figure instead of a 12yr old's, I can't do anything about my small hips so I'm trying to do something about the top. Oh well, we'll see how it goes, I'm not wanting anything really big, just to be in porportion.

Hey Kiehano: I just wanted to commiserate with you on the being made-fun-of thing. I, too, constantly battered with comments about my lack of anything on top. In fact, my Aunt once pulled me aside and told me that I could have surgery done to get boobs. Of course, she was a DD and had no problem criticizing my size. I was 16 at the time and have always been very self-conscious of how I look in clothing and look in a bathing suit. It would be really great to feel confident in that respect. I wish you a ton of luck. Stay positive-don't let those neighbors or anyone else get you down. How rude of them to even say something like that!! Gildy
