Hi all, I have been lurking for a while, posted a couple of times but never really introduced myself.
I am 27 years old with a 2 yr old son, breast fed for 1 year. I am small-boned and only 5 feet tall, 111 lbs. My body type is Visionary and I guess I am Androgen Deficient. I don't really have any PMS symptoms (never have), my only complaint is lack of sex-drive.
My breasts were a firm B cup and are now down to a not-so-perky A. They measure accross at approximately 7 inches each. My right one got quite large do to it being the "favorite" of my son's while BF, which is I believe why it is "lower" than the other. But now they are both about the same size.
I have tried Grobust and Greenbush, though not consitantly for either and recieved no increase. I am planning on starting again using individuals.
I used my pendulum and recieved positive for using Fenugreek, Oregano and Saw Palmetto. As well as EPO, Flax seed, L-arganine and CoQ10 and Progesterone. Also Reiki 5 times a day, 75 rotations, Safflower oil as massage agent. It also said that Testosterone would help with my sex drive, but that it wasn't for BE. I think I'll hold off on the testosterone for now.
Well that's it for now, I don't have the herbs yet, so I don't know what my dosages will be, but I am so excited to start now. I just want to get back to a C cup which is what I was while pregnant/nursing. Any comments or thoughts are welcome. --Jane

Hiya ;D Cool you've tried the pendulum method. If you have quickie questions...jump on Yahoo to ask...or post away. NBE still is a bumpy road, but let me tell you, it sure helps to know there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Expect to be in this for 6-9 months. Thanks for sharing..and looking forward to your contributions and posts.

If you are just starting progesterone cream, it should help your sex drive, as well as glands if you are partially involuted due to breastfeeding. Consistancy, consistancy, consistancy! You have to be very diligent with BE. You want your body to "think" it has excess estrogen to grow dem boobs! Once you set a routine, stick to it for at least 3 mos. Bust of luck! And welcome to the board!

Just to be my usual nit-picky self, breast feeding doesn't cause involution. Age does.
Having HAD a full-term pregnancy allows the complete development of glands that later allows the glands to involute properly.
Women who don't have children will still involute - however, their chances of not involuting fully are higher.
Just want to throw this in there in case anyone is thinking that breast feeding is a bad thing or that involution is a bad thing.
Full and complete involution reduces risk for breast cancer.

Fawn Thanks Fawn, I used the wrong terminology. I know when I was done breast feeding it took quite a while for my breast to get perky again. You can be Nit Picky anytime you want PROPER information is MOST important.

Ok here's an update. I went to the store to purchase my items WOW! pricey! Gonna try to get them online next time & hopefully these will last longer than a month. Well the most expensive things were the progesterone and the Co-Q-10. My P told me the funugreek and oregano I got was no good for my BE so I'm gonna return them & try for a different brand. Fenugreek 4 a day 500mg Approx. (home-made from powder I had on hand) Saw Palmetto 4 a day 550mg Flax/Primrose 1 a day 960mg/880mg CoQ10 1 a day 50mg Progesterone 1 a day (currently, this may vary) Multi-Vitamin 1 a day And of course Reiki massage 5 times a day, 75 rotations, Safflower oil as massage agent (gonna add some fenugreek extract sometimes). P said Flax oil & L'arganine weren't ABSOLUTELY necessary, but I got the combo with the Flax/Primrose. I mainly had concerns about cold-sores & larganine. I used to get sores frequently while pregnant, but havn't had any recently. Well that's it for now. On to find some good oregano capsules. Any suggestions? --Thanks, Jane

Try checking out www.puritansale.com I'm not sure if it's going to be the best prices you can find online but it sure was alot cheaper than what I payed for my herbs in the store.

Hiya Kiehano and Jane. The best thing going in online herbs. Check out Links and recommendations. My personal favs for service and time for delivary are: www.betterlife.com and www.vitacost.comBetterlife is the only place I found oregano herbs and not essential oils. Also, pull up a pic and get p indications about it so you waste less time. I've done well with all betterlife products. The cheapest and best SP and CoQ10 you're gonna find is at the local Wal-Mart. Online orders, give yourself about 3-4 days. Kiehano's suggestion about Puritan Pride site is good They have great 2 for 1 sales. puritan.comHappy shoppin'!
