Hello, everyone--
Until just a few weeks ago, I had never heard of "herbal breast enlargement" (don't watch TV or read those exasperating women's magazines). I've been dissatisfied with my small breasts my entire life, but I would never get implants. Being of a scientific bent, I'm very skeptical that capsules, tea, and lotion could actually change the size of one's breasts, but, if the herbal supplements are harmless, what could it hurt to try?
So, to shorten my story, I ordered the 6-month system from SBS. That was about 6 weeks ago, and I can't perceive any change as of yet. I just recently added red clover, based on what I've read here.
I'm not going to measure often to see if anything is happening. Either I'll outgrow my A-cup bras or I won't. Seems pretty straightforward.
My only concern is that I'm post-menopausal, and I'm wondering about the effects of large quantities of phytoestrogrogens. My health is excellent and I really don't want to mess it up, or increase my risk of cancer! I'm slim and strong (long-distance cycling and regular workouts) and my breasts are nicely shaped and not saggy, just small, so most people would say I should simply count my blessings and get on with life. I will do just that at the end of the 6 months on the SBS products, if nothing happens.
I would be interested in knowing what some of the concepts are that you're talking about: Reiki massage? Body type, as in communicator and nurturer? The information is probably here, if I just look for it!
You're a great bunch of people, and I'd love to know you all better!
