Hello everyone! I am eager to get going on a routine but need to lose a few pounds first. I've been reading lots of info and you all are a wealth of info and I'm so glad to have this resource. I've got some info about myself for starters. I'm 35 and have two children-both breastfed. I am a nurturer and have A+ blood type. I think I'll be starting with an A cup though if I do the band measurement less the fullest measurement, I get a negative number so I don't think that is working for me. However, if I measure across the boob, I get 8" but I don't fit into B bras. I'll just go with what I know and see if I grow. It's funny but sometimes I'll read posts and actually feel like I have something going on with my boobs-maybe growth feelings. I know the saying mind over matter but hopefully the positive thoughts will help me in addition to the herbs that I bought and will use after losing weight (hopefully in six weeks or so). I've already purchased Greenbush sp and rc. I plan to do the reiki massage and I guess use epo? Should I add some type of extract to that? I look forward to getting replies and talking with everyone. Thanks!! gildy

You will notice as you loose weight you will loose boobage:( As long as you don't loose it TOO fast, it should maintain though. You could add fenugreek extract to your epo massage, warning! Smells like pancakes! So add some peppermit extract found at your local grocery store. McCormick's peppermint extract. Also your herbs, you may want include some strong phyto-estrogens, like fenugreek, fennel stuff like that. Most growers have used fenugreek. R/C is wonderful as a supplement to the other herbs.; That's about it! Welcome to the board, ask away! TWO very important things with BE, PATIENCE & POSITIVE ATTITUDE!

Momi: Do you think it would be ok to use fennel extract instead of fenugreek-to avoid the pancake smell? Also, do you think I should add progesterone cream to the regime? I've read where lots of BE users involve that and I'm not sure how it is determined whether to add or not. Thanks. Gildy

You could try fennel instead of fenugreek, one smells like Italian Sausage, the other pancakes! I have both in my boobie batter. The peppermint does help, and also is very good for circulation. So it's a good thing to have in boobie batter. ;D Progesterone cream can be used, however, it may slow down growth. It is EXCELLENT for rebuilding involuted glands. Which is MY problem. Perks dem babies right up!

Momi: Got a question about that involution stuff and using progesterone. So, is the involuted glands due to age or breastfeeding? I just wonder if that could be my problem too-as I am 35 and breastfed both children for over a year each. Can you tell me how I would know if I need that or not? thanks for your patience and help! BOTH! Although I will say it took about 18 months before my glands came back from breastfeeding. They do recover. AGE they will only recover with progesterone. As we age, our progesterone levels drop considerably. For some solid information, google up Dr. John Lee, he has some very good information regarding the use of progesterone & breast health. The good news, a survey Fawn did, showed women who breastfed & got some decent size, tended to do better with BE!;D Typically you want to use progesterone cream 1/2 t 2x daily, applied in rotation to different areas of your body. You can start day 9-26, then come off it, so that AF can make her visit.

So, should I apply progesterone to my boobs-or is that not a good place? Thanks.
