Hey girls! I'm so glad I found this board, if only I had sooner! I've already ordered a 6 month complete system of SBS products...but from what u guys have said, it's been slow or no progress at all.. I haven't gotten the shipment yet, put I'll keep you guys updated on my progess once I start. I think i have a sluggish thyroid too....you guys have suggested L-tyrosine, iodine, and vitimin B complex... I was wondering what L-tyrosine and iodine does exactly for thyroid problems, and which one/s i should take... oh and any suggestions bout sbs and my routine too would be really, really nice! oh yea, my info: weight: 92 lbs height: 5 feet and 1/2 inch age: 18 (maybe too young to be concerned with BE?? hehe hopefully not tho) one more thing..if your cycle is longer than 28 days, what does that mean?? THANX SO MUCH!!!

SBS, some have had success with it! So don't be discourages before you have even started...positive attitude is SO important! ;D Besides, after giving SBS about 3 mos for any signs of success, you can always continue on with SBS and tweak it. One thing you might want to add to your routine before starting Red Clover. Other than that...just stick with the program, make sure you take on an empty tummy, 3x daily. Also cycle length does not seem to REALLY matter with BE, at least not from what this board has seen. Although it makes sense that the longer you are on estrogen...the better. Bust of Luck!

Doesn't SOUND like you have a sluggish thyroid.
You need to take your temperature 3 times a day, over three days and then average it out. If it's low (under 97) you may have a sluggish thyroid.
Iodine and l'tyrosine are what the body uses to make thyroid hormone. Iodide is used by the thyroid gland to make T4, l'tyrosine by the liver to make T3.
