ive been lurking on this board for a few months now.. originally from the msn board but didnt post much. im 23 years old, asian, 5'4, 110lbs and range between a 34a to 34b depending on my diet or what time of the month it is, 29" under bust. i go to the gym daily.. an hour of cardio and half an hour of weights.. sometimes more cardio. not very skinny.. just normal, kinda chubby. tend to gain more weight and fat in lower body. ive tried taking natural curves BE pills and daily EPO massage/heating pad for about half a year with no results.. just a few tingles and swelling.
i am very confused as to what method of BE would work best for my body type. ive taken the tests and i am a nurturer bodytype and estrogen dominant. i am also on bcp diane35 (cyproterone acetate and ethinyl estradiol) i wonder if the particular kind of bcp im taking means anything different or will affect the BE routine?
anyways.. can someone suggest a routine for me? i am very greatful and thank you very much!

You sound a lot like me, except I found out I am a "communicator" not a "nuturer" Whoooops! I have had a lot of success with herbal supplements. I would suggest you check out some routines of the successes. I personally recommend Greenbush Enhancement Program. Their herbs are "pure" you know exactly what you are getting in dosages & easy to tweak. You may want to add a "massage cream", with your EPO throw some extracts like: fenugreek, red clover, fennel, etc. Basically what you would be taking internally, you can massage, except in "extract" form. Using the "herb" from pill form really doesn't work well, and it's SO MESSY! Hope this helps! And welcome to the board!
