Hi everyone! Found this site while doing research, and happy to be here! Well, I suppose I’ll just dive right in. I’m 33 yrs. Old with three kids, I’m 5’7 and weigh 120 lbs. (Long limbed and skinny!) I am a 34 A (one smaller then the other), my body type is Communicator, and it appears I am both estrogen and progesterone deficient (got about two check marks each)? Both my mother and sister are LARGE breasted women (the nerve! Although I don’t have the back problems they have!). I had extremely poor nutrition during my adolescent years, and also discovered that I had Endometriosis when I was 20, right after my first child was born. (I wonder if those two factors had anything to do with my lack of what my mom and sis have??) Although it seems that the endometriosis has slowed down over time from having children, because I don’t feel I’m suffering from it quite as bad now as I was then. I read somewhere in here that those with endometriosis or hysterectomy - all bets are off, or something like that. What does that mean?? Does that mean there is no hope for me?? I have read that breast size is mainly determined by genes (I’m hopeful that I have a little something extra by way of genes, hidden somewhere inside of me still from my mother… ;D)
Anyhow, I started taking a product called Voluptas four days ago. Has anyone here heard anything positive or negative about this product? I have started feeling some tenderness, almost like a vague burning feeling inside of them, if that makes any sense. A little early, don’t ya think? (maybe its psychosomatic, or whatever? Lol).
The ingredients of Voluptas are: a proprietary herbal blend 4096 mg of blessed thistle powder, hops extract 4:1, wild yam extract (standardized 6% diosogenins), saw palmetto extract (standardized 25%), fenugreek extract 4:1, fennel seed powder, chaste berry powder, black cohosh triterponoids (standardized 2.5%), damiana (leaves), dong quai (root), lycium Chinese herb extract 10:1 (wolf berry), MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), royal jelly, scullcap root extract 4:1, curcubita pepo pumpkin (seed).
I take two twice daily (one around 9am and one around 8pm). I take the first round an hour after my morning coffee since I heard you should not take caffeine with BE products. I also take 1000 mgs. of calcium (I‘m not much of a milk drinker), and a multi-vitamin or 800 mgs. of vitamin E and 200 mcg. Selenium (depending on what I had to eat for the day), and have started 1000 mg. of concentrated fish oil daily. I started some toning exercises to put a little weight on, nothing dramatic (no aerobics or anything), I don’t want to burn fat, just put on some muscle.
Anyways, I think that’s about it. If anyone has any advice based on what I stated here, I’d be happy to hear it! Once again, I’m glad to be here, there is so much to read and learn! I’ll keep you posted on any progress. Thank you!
