Hi to you all. I'm new to this board, so far it seems pretty extensive. I've been using SBS products since Jan. 6, 2004, and almost immediately I got a good bit of 'enhancement', noticibly firmer and perkier, then nothing. (Impatient, who, me?) . After I received my SBS products, I stumbled across the Greenbush.net website. I wish I'd visited there first, because comparing the SBS to the Greenbush products, the GB products were much stronger and cheaper. I went ahead and ordered a bottle of their Enhancement blend to add to the SBS regimen. Currently on the SBS, I take 2 capsules 3X a day, I use the lotion to massage in the morning and night, I have the tea before bed, and I use the soap in the shower. I really like the soap because I massage it in good, which gets the blood flowing nicely before my nightly massage. I take the 1 mL of the Enhancement blend 3X a day, and add 1 mL to the nightly massage. I've had the Enhancement blend about a week, and I feel slightly engorged after my massages now. To begin with I was a 36B, now I'm a much fuller 36B. Anyway, just wanted to let you know where I'm standing, sorry it's so long! BTW, I'm 22 yo white female.

Seems like your on your way. Smart girlie to add GB to SBS..we're all so familiar with the small potency of that product.

Keep massaging and being consistent on dosages!

Glad to hear u are having some great results so soon! I too have seen some decent results in a short time. I started about 5 weeks ago and within the first week or so I started noticing some definite fullness. Not alot of measureable growth...but still early. I did measure myself about two weeks ago, maybe less, and found that I was measuring more with both breasts, but am not sure that I measured correctly in the beginning, cuz it doesn't seem like I am filling out the bras any better. But being patient is not my thing....I really wish there was something out there that u go to bed one night small and wake up in the morning with some boobs! If only it was that easy. Just hang in there, sounds like u are gonna do really well with the routine u have. Just make sure u don't add too much too soon. I think u should give it some more time...and don't overdo it. I have heard some talk of being on too high a dosage and not growing...and having to go with less amts to get any growth.

Congrats on your success so far. Many have found that SBS is a sloooooooooooow grow, one of our members, Bwashing calls it Slowly But Surely!

I have had success with GB, and what is really nice is they are not a Breast Enhancement company, so you can be pretty sure, their herbs are exactly what they say they are.

Okay....must ask...how can you stand the taste of the Ehancement Blend Extract! I cannot do it, I do the nastiest dance the few times I have tried it. It's AWFUL!

I put 1 mL per dose under my tongue, let it sit maybe 15 seconds to soak in a little (since the sublingual area is so full of blood vessels), then swallow. To me it tastes like burnt sugar, or strong, really sweet, thick coffee. Since I'm also on Atkins, on some days it's the only sweet I get, so maybe that's why I have such a positive look on it.

Oh, about the GB Enhancement blend...

DON'T EVER FOLLOW A DOSE WITH WATER!!!

Wait at least 2 or 3 minutes. If you drink water (or anything else, I'd imagine) right after you take it, you'll wash away every bit of the sweetness, leaving the most horrible bitter taste. Trust me...

I haven't tried adding it to beverages, so I don't know how that'd work.

When taking sublingual you should take anything by mouth for at least 15 mins after taking the dosage.
