Hi to All, My name is Sharina and I'm new to this forum. I'm not so new to BE as I've been a member of another board. In fact thats where I came across your link. My problem lies not in my size, but in retaining fullness. I'm a 36C and I've begun to noticeably sag (to me anyway). I'm 39 and in the midst of perimenopause. Do you think BE can help me since my cycles are getting rarer ? I don't do anything major in way of BE, but watch my diet and supplement with multivitamins and efas (epo and flax) to balance my out-of-whack hormones. On a positive note, ladies I applaud your successes. To Pammy and Mominator, I love your site and its format. Thanks for the wealth of information.

For maintenance in size, not actual growth, you may want to try a massage routine, and not take internal herbs. I have the same problem. My boobs were chasing my belly button and catching up quick...and I was only a "b", a very small "b". (prolly an "a", just too stubborn to buy that size;) I have had tremendous lift with both internal herbs and boobie batter. So...if you want to try both, I would not go over 1g a day with dosages of each phyto-estrogen. Also Don Quai is an excellent herb for balancing hormones. Be ware though, if you live in a sunny climate...Don Quai could promote sunburn. Welcome to the Board, let us know what you choose to do! You may also find some exercises will be beneficial at least in building the pecs so the boobs stand up more. This is a nice site with some simple, quick exercises www.beautymagonline.com/pages/everyday_breast_care.htm Bust of Luck!

Hi, Mominator Thanks for the warm welcome. Yeah, I know what you mean by that chase...we can't allow them to meet... I'ved tried the massage, maybe not correctly. I'll have to try again. You mention your success with internal herbs...which ones? I forgot to mention that I take saw palmetto, for thinning hair, if that has any bearing. I'll search the posts for the booby batter and check out the exercise link. Thanks so much Bust wishes....

Hi Sharina, You can look up my "routine" in "Routines", but for a quick reference...I started with HBA Bust Boosters, then added HBA Bust caps. Grew from those, stalled after 4 mos, then upped the fenugree, SP, & Wild yam by using Greenbush Enhancement caps. The problem with commercial's like HBA is....you don't know what how much of each herb is in the caps. So...there ya' go! I did get a lot of lift, although I haven't heard too many other's stating this. Maybe I had "pre-mature" droopage of the boobage! And the herbs helped correct that miscalculation of mother nature.

Hey Mominator,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I will definitely consider adding these to my routine. I'm only taking 320 mg of saw palmetto daily so i see I'll have to gradually increase that amount eventually. You make it seem so easy...I'm getting excited. ;D
