Wow!
First of all, Welcome!
As far as BC..so long as ur on a 'mix' (estrogen and progestin), it shouldn't negatively affect ur BE program. I'm in the same boat, and doing fine.
Your observations about swelling are right on target..usually during the luteal portion of ur cycle..more water is retained..and sometimes in the breasts..so it's best to chart 'growth' during folicular, or days 1-15.
Your BC works by maintaining a certain level of estrogen..and raising progestin (synthetic progesterone). When u drop levels (no patch or pills), then u trigger ur body to 'menstruate'.
Seems like double-duty on the oils. We just had a discussion recently here..and STILL no one can find out if EPO really helps BE directly. So far, may help some with cramps, but most..just causes probs.
As far as your hormones..there's a little handy-dandy online test we've been using, by Dr. Lee. My guess is that especially being on BC, that u really don't need W/Y, and in fact may be able to utilize PR-blockers. PR-blockers like damaina and oregano help to lower the effect on progesterone in places like breast receptors.
Very important as progesterone keeps breasts from storing fats.
See the little summary I posted on HGH today, has summary of BEB in nutshell.
Take Dr. Lee's test..get back to us. Lots of tweaking room, if you're not progressing as desired. [ftp]http://www.johnleemd.net/forms/hb_test.html[/ftp]
Working regimes show retention generally of at least 0.25" a month across each breast. Give yourself time to find something that works...looking at least 3 months.
