Hi everyone,
I'm not exactly new to BE, I've been around for 2,5 years. I was a lurker on the old MTH board, then moved on to Bob's board and Pammy's board. I never posted much, so I guess my old nick (Harvey) won't mean a lot to you oldbees.
I'm currently using SBS (got a 6 month supply), and throughout the years have used other brands like the Natural Push-up, Bolero, Megabust, with varying succes. I started off as a B, and am now a C. That's big enough for me (my body type = Visionary), but my goal is now to even out my breasts (my left breast is a C, my right a small B), and so I'm massaging the smaller breast with the SBS spray.
I just had a long, long break from BE after having had a kidney stone + an ovarian cyst, both (I'm pretty sure) having been caused by my BE efforts. Kidney stone caused by the protein drinks, functional cyst by the herbs. Luckily the cyst disappeared all by itself after I stopped BE. Anyway I'm concentrating on massage now, and try not to ingest too much herbs, as I really don't want my left breast to grow anymore. Has anyone here had succes with massaging?
See you guys around, Kate

Hi Kate, I am taking Saw Palmetto and Wild Yam orally. I may add estrogenic herbs later when I get my hormones lab tested. I think I am estrogen dominant so avoid estrogenic herbs, because sometimes they can result in greater problems than small boobs! But am not sure if I am low in estrogen and even lower in progesteone, or simply low in progesterone. I just know I am estrogen dominant. I may just add estrogenic herbs in a lower ratio. Some people believe you need a lot of estrogen to grow and progesterone has little to do with it, but I'd like to raise both levels.
I am using GreenBush's BE blend in cream 1 to1. I have had it's only been 2 weeks. I may have added 1/4 inch, but that could just be the tape sliding around! I know I am weird, but I like to mix it with tiger balm when I put it on my chest. It's really stinky, but it feels nice. I feel like my pores are opened up to absorb more readily. It doesn't replace the massage people suggest to do, but it I think it may have similar benefits.
I'm trying hypnosis too. Just bought the tape. I am a believer in that type of stuff and research does support it works. At worst I'll gain some quiet meditative time to myself.
And last I will try Brava. That has risks involved, but my concern is more throwing hormones off balance and ending up with a lot of the medical risks involved. If Brava has any problems associated like bruising, rashes, etc. I'd probably notice them in the first few weeks and stop use.
Sort of shared all that becase you seem leery like me of the herbs changing hormones. Hope I didn't ramble. Welcome back Kate, and best of luck to you!

Hi Kate, I remember you from MSN, and yep, don't remember you posting much, I do remember you posting! ;D
[glow=teal,2,300]Welcome Back Harvey![/glow]
You mentioned that you thought your ovarian cysts & kidney problems were due to BE, my question, did you take a break at any time during your "stint"?
Welcome back!

Kate ("Harvey", I remember u ) Massage helps lots here..but usually they are on an internal regime. Perhaps doing hypnosis and massage will help u to circumvent using something internally.

And once more...... I'm back! And I have some new ideas. I want to have another go at evening out my breasts. I'm looking for a good breast cream, I still have some SBS fenugreek spray lying around, but I don't know if it's any good. So any suggestions for a good brand of BE cream would be greatly appreciated!!! Now for the new ideas : check out this link : www.magiclaser.com/HTML/lasertherapy.htmand scroll down to "11) Breast development" I've been interested in LLLT (low level laser therapy) for quite a while. I recently bought an LLLT device to help with my allergy (hay fever), and it seems to be working well. I also bought this device : www.versacchi-ireland.com/It's a lasercomb. I've been having some hair trouble (thinning hair due to genetic reasons), and about 5 months ago I started using this lasercomb, with great results. My hair is looking thick at the moment. I'm now thinking about applying the lasercomb to my right breast. The effect from the laser should be : increased blood circulation, increase in ATP formation. (ATP=Adenosine Tri Phosphate, is a cellular energy), increase in enzymatic activity, etc. To me it sounds very interesting.... I'm still working out a routine, but once I start with this, I'll let you know how it goes. Kate.

Glad to hear that nasty cyst went away by itself;) I can't say I remember anyone having success with JUST massaging, but we have a member that is seriously thinking about trying JUST massage, and she's a HUGE success, I'll let her post about it if she decides to do it. Since you are only trying to gain on 1 side, massaging seems the best idea to me too. Cuz YOU KNOW if you take internal's, the bigger one will only get bigger! Funny how the body works. Interesting theory on the "lasercomb" let us know how it works for you. Do let us know how your experiment works, homemade boobie batter might be YOUR best choice. It's cheaper, you know EXACTLY what is in it, and easier to tweak. Check under "Routines" for boobie batter recipes a.k.a "massage cream". Bust of Luck to you, and keep us abreast of any new developments.
