Hi Mominator and all, I am sort of new. I say sort of because my husband put a lot of posts up for me to get started over the last months and I didn't know my way around this site. But now I'm trying to figure it out on my own. I started the breast enhancement journey almost exactly a year ago. I started out with Small Breast Solutions for a six month supply. I got some growth for sure. I went from, what mominator said and still puts me on the floor laughing, "Two ping-pong balls on the ends of two old socks!" Thanx for that line Momi I am crying from laughter still on that one. I got that way from breastfeeding for eight years straight. I actually weaned my four year old because I wanted to go on my honeymoon that got put off for ten years. We went to Isreal! After ten years, I think we earned a first honeymoon. After the six month supply I could fill my b sized bras with a little dignity. I still had stretched out skin that was filling most of the bra. Then, before re-ordering my husband found out on the internet that there was a better and cheaper way to do breast enhancement. I have been doing that route-- Saw Palmetto, licorice, and red clover-- for about three months now. I have to take a larger amount of milligrams--5000mg Saw Palmetto and 3000mg of either licorice or red clover to grow, but I am growing. At the end of these three months, I fit in to some c bras and I do definitely have less of that empty "sock" look. I have hair on my chin and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which I believe is coming from tired adrenals. I sleep about 12 hours a day. It used to be 18 hours a day before I learned more about nutrition and became a vegetarian, eating mostly raw fruits and vegetables. So even with all of these problems, I am one of the blessed ones that actually has breast growth. I have 10 days supply of red clover left before I run out of supplements to keep going. I might try the Bovine Ovary route just out of curiosity, as I am happy with the progress with the herb route. I know there is a lot of information on each route in this forum, and I hope to read it soon so I can order what I need. I will always take suggestions though. I could always use a quick suggestion on what and where to buy to save time as I home school. Oh, and another thing. I started this great workout about two weeks ago which conserns itself with pumping the lymphatic system and is totally non-impact. And it comes with a dry brushing and a special organic alfalfa supplement program too. The reason I mention it is because it seems like I grew a lot this last month between my periods a lot quicker than the other two months prior. I think its because of the lymphatic workout and dry brushing. But maybe one of you 'vetrans' out there would know more about this. Almost forgot-- I am 34 years old, with two sons and an awesome husband! We both want bigger breasts on me. So I hope to 'c' you on my way to a 'd' (bra sizes--get it?)! Look forward to hearing from you ladies. Katrina

Hi Katrina! ;D Good team effort to date by u and hubby. DON'T CHANGE A THING about ur regime...if it ain't broke...DON'T FIX it. Dry brushing definitely a plus..are u doing ur breasts by any chance? If so...GREAT..helps stimulate the boobies. If I were to suggest any tweek, I'd just recommend that you add massages (both dry 2-3x's a day and with boobie batter 1-2x's) Post your current routine in the 'Routines' section for others and ur stats, too. Another important thing to recommend, beside dry brushing ur breasts..is u may want to rotate in a cycle where during the luteal portion (Days 14-Day 26) you either drop BE pill popping..or apply progesterone cream. This will allow ur glands to revitalize and plump so u can store more fat on them. Momi can better speak to that. Also about that alfalfa and all, Barb and Pammy are doing that to tone up among other things. THere are posts in the Excercise section. Keep up the good work...and WELCOME, again

I could always use a quick suggestion on what and where to buy to save time as I home school. We have a section in Misc where we recommend fav sites for ordering things where we've had good service. Also, Fawn has some great deals on her site. Check both places out. Here's Fawn's addy. [ftp]www.botanicalbeautylab.com[/ftp]

Hi Katrina! Figured out how to post huh! ;D Instead of doing so much licorice, you may want to look into your thyroid, check your temps daily. If below 97.3 you should prolly think about trying L-tyrosine;). I know I was so sluggish...didn't know why. After my temps crashed:O I knew! Surfed it up, confirmed with Fawn. Started the L-tyrosine. Doing much better. I just recently went through another bout with low temps, found out the Milk Thistle also had licorice in it. Me thinkin' that's what caused the drop and sluggishness. Just a thought! The chin hairs I don't believe have anything to do with hypothyroid, but does mean you are excess androgens. Is this a new development for you? I am assuming you have taken Dr. Lee's hormone test. I know not exactly the most pinpointing scientific test. But it does help with tweaking a routine. How long ago did you come off BE? And...did you do a maintenance dose. A pill a day or so? Lemme tell ya', when I come off BE and I see any shrinking over 1/2" happening....I am right back on the pills! Bust of Luck to You Katrina! WELCOME BACK!

Welcome Katrina Glad you maneuvered your way to posting. Sounds like you got a great start going on there *thumbs up* Hey, I'm doing the brushing and alfalfa, too (along with the workout). I agree about the lymphatics being pumped, works wonders and feels great. A cyst in my breast is gone that's been there for 5 years. I feel like I'm sweating more which gets out more of those toxins from the bod. Some of my lumpiness is gone from my legs, hopefully all of it someday. Keep up the good work with the brushing! Glad to have ya aboard pammy

Hi ladies, I think I am overwhelmed by all of the nice notes. Thank you ladies. Now I really have to learn how to work this site. Hopefully this note will post right. First, to Somegirl. Dry brushing is a way to massage your body, help with celullite is a plus, pump your lymphatic system which in turn helps you eliminate lots of toxins and give you extra breast growing power, since your breasts are lymphatic, and it gives you smooth baby like skin. I found a lady that sells a program that includes a vegetable bristle brush (you want a naturaly fiber on your skin), a month supply of a supplement for detox of your body and a month supply of a top of the line alfalfa supplement that won't make you hungry and is organic. I got my program from this site. www.t-tapp.com/ Go to the cellulite control button to learn more. I actually bought the whole program with the workout too. The workout is just wonderful. It takes into account pumping the lymphatics and neuro-kinetic flow, plus toning and stretching, and cardio. It is the best workout so far to get the most for your time. And the dry brushing routine is only 7 minutes long because she does it in a specific order that gives the best results. Since starting the dry brushing and alfalfa, I feel more tingles in my breasts, they have grown more than before, and my cellulite is starting to smooth out. Worth the money in my book! But probably if you ask one of the veterans on this site, they might have something even better. I have a lot of respect for the veterans on this site--They are a very smart group. Oh and I found this great dry brushing site that has a online free book on the benefits of dry brushing www.racingsmarter.com/skin_brushing.htmTo Wenonae, yes I do dry brush my breasts by default because I love the feeling of getting a whole body scratch and my breasts get itchy. Never heard of a boobie batter though. Is that on fawn's site? I thought I looked through her whole site. I didn't see anything like that. To momi, I just talked to you and found out that I should be taking my temps. I will get a thermometer today like we talked about. You are such a treasure! I really enjoy chatting with you lady. I also found out that I can get L'tyrosine and kelp down here at a GNC! Katrina's very happy ! I did take Dr. Lee's test and it indicated that I might have exhausted adrenals. It does explain a lot of my problems. Thankfully, I still grow with my breasts even with some health problems. And about my last year on BE. I started taking BE in November of last year. I had a six month supply of Small Breast Solutions because I didn't know any better, and finished it in about 7 months--I took a month off in the middle to do a 40 day fast. So that means I finished product in....like June. I was about to re-order when Tim found the old BE site and started learning for me. As I didn't have time. We had a friend come down from the States about four months ago and he brought down licorice, saw palmetto, and red clover for me because I can't get some of these herbs in this country (Costa Rica). He came the beginning of September. Three months I did not have anything to take. I shrank just very little and kept a good amount of my growth during that time. Since starting back up in September, I finally grew to a c cup and I feel tinglies so I think I am still growing pretty well. The new exercise program and dry brushing system seems to be putting me in hyperdrive growth this last month. But, I am almost out of product again and will probably be off of BE for a couple of weeks until fawn can send it down to me. I'll tell you how I do. Oh and the hair on my chin I have had since puberty. So it's been a drag for ...too many years. But again, I still seem to be growing even though I have more testosterone floating around in my system-- have good muscle tone and a high sex drive too-- the pluses to having too much. Gotta look at the bright side And last but not least to Pammy, it is great to hear from another veteran. Thank you. I have to mention that I am a lymphologist. I teach people about their lymphatic system and how to pump it. I am a massage therapist too. It's funny that I knew of many ways to pump the lymphatic system, but I just learned about dry brushing. It is just a superior way to help take care of your whole body! I feel the difference in my whole body. I refuse to miss a day because it feels so good and is so good for me. Puff! Puff! This is what happens when you ladies get me going. I write a marathon when I get the chance. ;D Hope you could make it through. Thanks again ladies, Katrina

Katrina -
There's a couple of "T-Tappers" here on the board - me, pammy & barb.
The brushing and PBS are FANTASTIC for CFS. I'm an ex-fibro sufferer myself and found the combo of PBS and brushing to make 100% different how well I felt from day to day.
I had VERY bad fibro back in 2001 and found a couple excellent therapies - PBS & brushing, Lifelift breathing, pregenolone, bromelain, natural antibioitics, but most of all the drainage homeopathics from Custom HPS (http://www.customhps.com) The journal of my course of treatment with them is posted at their website. I started it when they first started experimenting with it. I recommend it hightly.
LifeLift breathing program works similar to the Buteyko breathing (have you heard of that? Many CFS/FMS patients find Buteyko breathing reduces pain and fatigue). The breating method increases cellular metabolism by raising CO2 levels, causing blood vessel dialation, causing increase absorption of oxygen and nutrients into cells. Always a good thing.
Also recommended for CFS - especially those doing BE - especially those over 30 - PREGNENOLONE! You will find that it works fantastic for CFS - increased energy, improved sleep (better quality), improved mood, etc.
I don't know why - but T-tapp seems to help balance the endocrine system. Personally, I can't stand the workout - I find it boring and tedious - but I do it like eating liver - it's GOOD for me. AARGH!!!
You will find the alfalfa is very balancing too - has a progestegenic effect.

Hey Fawn and Ladies, Thanks for the info Fawn. As always, your a source of good stuff . I have been doing the t-tapp for about a month and a half now. I did 10 days of boot camp and now I am on the every other day workout part now. It is true that it gets harder with time and not easier. Every time I do the work out, even my air bed mattress feels too hard! I thought that after doing some developing of my muscles that I wouldn't get soo sore because that is what happens with other workouts. But NOOO! It's pain every time. I am not quite complaining though, because the workout obviously WORKS! No pain, no gain I am just about to put in an order for more alfalfa and try the pg spray, b12 spray, and cell food. I am hoping that those products will help me out too. Have you tried them as well? I would like to know what you have found. Some times you hate to admit that you're over 30. I just read a thread that quoted you on what Pregnenolone is. Is this easy to find at a health food store, or do you sell it too Fawn? I did L-tyro for a month and went up to 1000mgs. I didn't feel any difference at all. My temperature is staying in the 97's so that isn't so bad. So maybe this Pregnenolone is the key. I talked to my doctor who knows a lot about nutrition, which is unusual, and we both deduced that it was my adrenals only that is the problem, which is affecting my kidneys by the way. With the T-tapp workouts and dry brushing though I have lost the water retention in my legs for the first time, and I only had a little swelling of my stomach with my period this month. So, I do think it's like your liver analogy. BLICH! as in Yucky! It's funny you mention breathing Fawn because I finished a course about two months ago with a man who specializes on teaching people how to breathe properly and gives you exercises for better breathing. I got my t-tapp in right after I finished the course and I sort of put it on the shelf until I get down on my workout schedule here in the future. You have encouraged me to put that in my regimen on my days off of t-tapp. Thanks. I'll check out those homeopathics too. I like natural things. I might just check in to doing some acupuncture too. What do you think of this? I haven't done it before, but I do understand the concepts. It sounds like something that could help balance my system too. Oh, to give you an update. I just ran out of BE supplies and am going to try for the first time BO from Fawn when I can get it ordered. My bust is staying at about 33" and sometimes a little larger. That is pretty okay place to be balanced out at without BE supplies. I look forward to getting to a size D sometime. It's all just time. For you t-tappers-- I just received a skirt from a neighbour, I looked at it and said "no way I will fit into this!" I tried it on just to prove that I couldn't and IT FIT! It is a size 14 girls! I still have a pooch in the stomach and cellulite to deal with, but the workouts are definitely helping me in the right direction. Of course I bragged to my husband and well, let's just say he didn't leave me alone last night because of it Katrina

I'm thinking about trying the six month supply of SBS and adding red clover to the mix as well, to tweak it a little bit. I wanted to see how this worked before I started making like a mad scientist and mixing up regimins of my own. What do you think?

Dear Flatandgreen,
Good question! So far I have tried making my own brew up of herbs and I grew just a tad, not very much. I then went to Bovine Ovaries. And I have to say that the Bovine Ovaries kept me at a stable level of breast growth as I lost a lot of inches over the rest of my body (I look really buff now and I still can't believe I own this body because the t-tapp has done so much for me). So I can't blame the BO for my inch loss, but I do blame it for keeping me at stable.
But I have to say that for my body, I seem to grow most on SBS product. The ladies on this board affectionately call it Slow But Surely. And it is slow, but I have gained the most on it and kept the gain.
I am going to go back and buy some more SBS because the mixture seems to work well with my body, and I dumped a ton of different herbs to try to grow on my own mixture, and I didn't get very far.
Everyone is different. What works for me doesn't mean it will work for you. Although, I have only heard okay things about SBS products. It's not the ladies' favorite on this board as many of them have found quicker ways to get those breasts going. But I am happy with slow but surely. I have patience. That's what this road takes.
I will warn you that any herbs that I have taken for breast growth have made me moody. My husband and I have had to be aware of the influence on my attitudes. We are very close so we work through it as we both want bigger breasts on my body. Let the ones you love be aware of what might happen so that they can support you and understand those moods.
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Hello Katrina,
I can't add much to what has been said, but welcome to you and your husband. Did he post here? Under what name?
It's good to see another husband out there who has the guts to get out and do what he can to help, including posting on boards such as this one

Hi Katrina, anyone with an adrenal concern should look into Phosphatidal Serine. Also, you don't say if you're hyper or hypo adrenal... (oddly, the symptoms are very similar) but if you are hyper you must *avoid* licorice root. It's ok though if you are hypo. Do you know about Great Smokies Lab? they have a very sensitive saliva test that will tell you your exact cortisol level.

Hi Ladies, Wow, I just noticed that it will be one year in November that I have posted here. I am very happy that someone found my post and said something to get me back on the board. My husband used to post on the old site with Kat34 I think. Then just about when he started getting me excited about finding breast growth support, the whole board moved to here and I have been posting to this site excusively. He is such a wonderful man. He finds all kinds of things to improve our lives. You ladies are one of them . Now that you got me talking about my husband, I want to share more. He works here at home and he really is my best friend. I can say that after almost 12 years of marriage. He went from being a hands off father and husband, to completely involved and supportive in those 12 years. It can happen is the story I want to tell. People can change. Gopi, I have not been tested at all. I live in Costa Rica and not the U.S. so that is part of the reason I haven't bothered. I actually am getting better overall with the t-tapp workouts. I really think it does help with hormone levels and such because I have less problems with hypoglycemia. And overall I am sleeping less with using the sound therapy at home product I have meantioned before. Every time I stop using it, I sleep more. When I start back up again I sleep 3 to 4 hours less usually. I am a happy camper. So, I have taken a little time off of breast growth. Like 2 months so far. I wasn't growing anymore on the BO, so I decided to take a break. I probably wasn't growing because I was really working on getting a figure I could respect. You lose weight, you lose breasts. I held even on BO. Now I want to grow breasts to make the whole package 'respectable'. My next step will be to get back on the SBS product line. It has done the best for me so far and it is convenient to not have to figure out all the herbs I need and try to get them sent down here. So if any of you have some SBS you don't want anymore because you have moved on to something else. Let's talk, maybe I'll buy it off of you. I like to help people out and this would help the both of us. Otherwise, I'll just put in an order at the company and let you ladies know how I am doing. Thank you again for writing. If you have any advice for me, or I can help you in any way, feel free to write Katrina
