I am new here, although I know some of the people here from the old forum .
I never really got into taking breast enlargement herbs, but am interested in trying them for the sake of making my breasts firmer and fuller. When I say fuller I mean as in "filling" them, I do not need to make them bigger, just want to fill the upper part of them and perk them up .

I take saw palmetto to treat other conditions, but I guess the dose I take per day is low (less than 1 mg).

In your experience, did the herbs help with firmness? if so, which one?
What regimen do you suggest?

I can't get fenugreek here in my country (I live in South America), only can get fennel, but the plant thing... I have to make an extract, I guess, and wonder if you can explain me how to do that.

My personal opinion for getting "perk" back, is not internal herbs, but massaging with "boobie batter". I grew but still had the "empty's", when I started massaging with herbs, I noticed a big difference, then while I have been on break, I started using progesterone cream with progesteron USP, WOW! A bigger difference in their firmness. ;D I did lift from the internal herbs. However, not too many other's have reported this...me just weird I guess.

Oh, someone from this board had told me about rubbing the extract over the area, directly! Yes! I remember that! and that's what I'll try! thanks for the link; I sure will check them out!!!!

It is sooooo great that that site ships to South America, it would be less cumbersome than making the extracts myself, but I should find out first how to pay them, since my international credit card expired and I could not review it because I am on a low budget . I am not sure of pay options if you don't have a credit card, but I will look for that info.

I definitely prefer words to pictures. I always wondered why someone is waving at me at the top, too. There seem to be a little too many graphics around here and when they all start moving it can get a little irritating. Not to mention everyone wants to look over my shoulder and see what is happening on the screen. "Oh, is mom playing games?" Text intensive pages don't interest the eaves droppers.

Well...ya know...I had a few complain they missed the top options which are important because it was TOO plain and not easy to see....so I put the waving guy in for log off, and the "help".

Oh, don't worry. That's OK, Momi. I did eventually figure out why the guy was waving at me. I just thought he was welcoming me here at first. And I thought there was no way to log out.

I can read the word HELP on the sign so that one works for me.

I do like the search much better now. It did take me some intensive thinkin to figure out how to search. Oh, such brain work!

It must be sort of like my "learning style". Some are verbal, some are visual. Yes, that's it.

Sometimes I think I must be the verbal learner. Just not so hot at expressing myself verbally. I tend to think everyone knows what I mean with words. Maybe I should talk in pictures, read in words. ;D
