I've been doing massage with EPO and wanted to start adding ylang-ylang, geranium, fenugreek and fennel. While looking for these I came across fennel extract and sweet fennel essential oil. I'm on BO so I only intend to use these externally for massage. So does anybody know if one is better or more potent than the other for massage, the fennel EXTRACT or the sweet fennel EO?
