Hi TinyStar. Progesterone cream for massage? You'll prolly make whatever u do have walk away! Fawn's got a great beginner's info [ftp]www.botanicalbeautylab.com[/ftp] In general...start by generally assessing where your hormonal levels are, use Dr. Lee's test. Then, decide if u'd like to go the herbal or glandular route. Fawn's got general info for both regimes. MSN Links Folder has great discussions on lots of concerns and commonly asked questions.

Well would any brand of herbs work, well aside from generic ones, like if I went to a health store and bought stuff like saw palmetto, and fenugreek, and that other stuff, and just started taking a combination of those would that work okay?

Yep. Folks seem to be doing well on many types of herbs, including: Solary, Nature's Way, NOW, Nature's Plus to name a few. What you will want to do, is take a minimal dose on each herb, then change only one type, until u reach the recommeneded dose.
Generally, that's 2gs for most herbs, no more than 1.5 for fenugreek, and 2-3g's for SP, which is cheapest at Wal-Mart. Only $8 for 250 capsules. Should last at least 3 mos at 2g dosage.

Thanks Wen, now here's my next questions, hope I'm not buggin Since I'm goign to start on the herbs and not BO, does it matter when I start taking them? I took Dr. Lees test and it said I was estrogen dominat and not enough progesterone, and I agree because I get pms...I get emotional and moody >:(during this time. What is recommended in regards to what kind of herbs I should include to aid in BE since I have low progesterone?

No problem.
Here's some great threads which have discussed this. Do a good search in the MSN Archives section, which is where this came form. Pretty much, RC , fenugreek, and SP from Momi and Pammy's NBE results. Momi's estrogen dominant, and progesterone deficient. Take a look at both of their routines.
Good luck!

Hi Tinystar! Yep...you got the hormonal balance that has shown on this board as successful with BE. It is NOT the easiest thing to live with btw. If you family can stand you...and you can stand yourself, estrogen dominance/progesterone deficient seems to be a winning combo. Bust of Luck to you! Keep us abreast of any new developments.
