you know what sucks? When I gained weight,my boobs grew a full cup..to a 36C When i weighed 105-110lbs,I was a full B...ok,but i was also 17... Now im 21 and ive gained about 65lbs (alot..i know!),and my boobs went to a fullC,so that was a plus in the middle of me being utterly terrified at looking at the scale. Now im in the midst of losing weight again,consistently..down to 25lbs in 3 months..but im scared that a.) my boobs are going to shrink... and b.) that they are gonna get saggier and the skin is gonna get all gross (i already have slight stretch marks and slight gross loose skin..) My MAIN concern is that my girls are kinda saggy/droopy..I want them to be FULLER,ROUNDER more than anything..of course i want them to stay at a C cup.So far my breasts havent shrunk at all... See the thing is,I was also 17,so im not sure if i was done developing, and maybe i'll stay a C? i dont wanna lose and grow boobs over and over because thats not good for the skin either you know??? God why am I so OBSESSED!!! ?!!?!? Plus Im new at this whole BE thing..just afew days ago I was online at work (bored),and came across all of this, its a new world to me.Im GRATEFUL I found it,because i was secretly obsessing about surgery..and Im grateful to know that there is a REAL alternative and real results, and its not all a scam!!! thanks for letting me vent!! feedback is well welcomed!

I lost my D boobs when I lost 40 lb in 4 months when I was 14. Now I'm 18 and an A. Two things I should advise you to do, lose weight SLOWLY and massage your boobs with some boobie batter. (check the routines section) And if you do lose some boobs, you can go on herbs or BO or whatever and maybe gaina little bit and perk them up. In my opinion you should lose the weight first, slowly, while massaging, then see where you want to go from there.

Its very overwhelming...while you focus on your weightloss you can look around here and make sure you have everything ready and completely ready to commit when you start so you don't do it half-assed, get discouraged and stop.

Losing weight slowly helps to keep the breast tissue. When you slam-lose, you lose the less vital stuffs first (breasts, arms) and keep the stuff nearest to your ovaries intact.
