Well, I've been on BO, SP, damiana since last October now (dropped the damiana last cycle because of fatigue and depression).
Here is my summary so far. I seem to increase (measurement and visual fullness) throughout each cycle, then lose some by the end of my period. I measure every few days in the evening, and am a consistent 29" under the bust. I'm sore all the time.
Cycle 1 - 31.25"-31.75" throughout - had difficulty getting consistent measurements.
From now, the 1st meaurement is at the end of my period and the 2nd is during the last week of my cycle.
Cycle 2: 31.5" to 31.75" (started to see some fullness and got better at measuring)
Cycle 3: 31.75" to 32.0"
Cycle 4: 31.75" to 32.25"
It's confusing because even though the measurement drops with each period, visually, I am getting fuller with each cycle. So, whether I am at my smallest or biggest, I look fuller than at the same point in the previous cycle (does that make sense??)
I'll keep going as I am. The only real problem is that I'm getting very very depressed and tired for about 5 days starting around 20. Then I feel okay for a couple of days before my period. Five days doesn't sound too bad, but at the time, it's really horrible!

Shaz,
After 4 cycles, it may be that you're due to use some progesterone around that day 20-28 (or whenever your period starts). Depending on your age, you may want to use a little every month on days 20-28 (i.e. if you're over 35), or every other month.
Otherwise, coming slow but sure - what's your BO dosage?

Shaz. I like your summary. It is so hard for me to call 1/4" growth, but to see how it adds up is encouraging. I am flucuating between 30 3/4" and 31 1/4" now. I used to go between 30 1/2" and 31" so I guess it is a "little" growth. Love your patience and happy for your progress. Congrats. tea

Fawn, I'm 31 years old, so you are suggesting that I add progesterone every other month. My BO dose is as WB recommend - 600 mg 3x daily with meals.
Tea, yes, it is hard to keep going with it all when it's so slow. Plus, I'm still worried that it's all just temporary water retention. Hopefully, it's not temporary. Even though the increase I've had seems small from the measurements, I'm really pleased with it because when you don't have much to start with, a little looks like a lot! Also, as I've mentioned before, I had some sagginess from previous implants - in fact, my left nipple looked kind of like it had sunk inwards! It's probably hard to imagine what I mean, but the great thing is that it doesn't look like that anymore!!

Actually, I think adding a VERY LITTLE bit around day 20 should help those bad times - maybe for the whole 5 days, maybe just for the first 3.
Also, you are only at 1800 mgs per day, you can up that a little and you might see a little faster progress. But you do seem to be doing okay. You've gotten a total of a 1/2", but it seems to be coming steadily.
