I was wondering if any of you ladies had any advice on where to find a good prenatal vitamin. The vitamin that I bought from a natural health store for my last pregnancy was ok, but it was in tablet form it had a lot of iron in it so it really upset my stomach. It didn't seem like it helped me with energy either. I was completely exhausted all the time, so it didn't seem like my body was even absorbing it like it should have. Plus I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, so with the iron it made that much worse. Anyways, I don't have a lot available for vitamins in my area, unless I want to go to Walmart, and that would be a complete last resort. So where would be a good place to find one ( preferrable a softgel or liquid, something that absorbs quickly, and doesn't upset my tummy)? Thanks for any info...it is much appreciated:)

Worked for me. Best of luck with this preggers journey. Wen'
