to use Greenbush herbs internally and a pueriria mirifica breast cream externally? Would they compete to "latch on" to my receptors in anyway? Sorry if its a silly question.

I'd previously used PM internally for almost 3 months, and I noticed my aereola got puffier but I didnt continue with it. The good thing about PM is that its much less hassle-- just 2 pills twice a day for 15 days of a month.

Would really love to hear any opinions!

I think this would be fine! In fact externals are an important part of BE. Using a commercial or home-made 'booby batter' is a great idea. Good luck!

You know Fern that is NOT a bad idea at all! Put PM in boobie batter, possibly leave the STINKY fenugreek out....Wow! Why didn't someone think of it sooner!
