Anyone here know anything much about GABA??
STarted using about 4 nights ago (for reasons mostly non NBE) and I am finally getting the deep sleep I have not had since my pregnancies.
HOWEVER, I have big trouble falling asleep - up to 2 hrs and experience a racing heart rate during this time - beyond the initial flush. I am enjoying the deeper sleep and would like to give GABA a real go - but I am a bit worried by this effect.
Cannot find a reference to this effect anywhere I have googled.
Oh I am taking the recommended 2 gms
