I really hate to burst your bubble for the one that got implants recently. I know it is a decision that is not made lightly, and I do wish you the best. However, I was one who went ahead and fulfilled that dream of getting implants, only to get very, very ill. I hope it doesn't happen to you, but I just wanted you to be aware that there are some signs that your immune system is being damaged from implants--please don't ignore those signs, and don't make the mistake of believing that the doctors will tell you it is the implants making you ill. They won't. Once you start experiencing illness, you need to take action, and that involves taking the implants out. Like I said, I hope it doesn't happen to you, but there are hundreds and thousands of women that have paid a very dear price for having implants. If you start experiencing weird symptoms, please look for support groups for those harmed by implants, and they can help you through that terrible nightmare.

i did do my research. did you have saline or silicone? i was so set on getting silicone but my surgeon even though he could give me them ( and make more money from it too!) really recomended the salines. i know i hear a lot of controversy on silicone implants but i still would like to know the type you had. please let me know and i am truly sorry for your unfortunate experience. may i ask, did your breasts return to their pre implant size after removal? would like to know and again thank everyone for all the positive support.
