Good for u! I had thought about getting implants for a long time...and even convinced my hubby...but then I guess I got scared! I heard alot of stories and had a friend that had a really bad experience...so I guess I was too freaked out to go thru it. This all was before trying BE, which I have only been doing for about 9 weeks now. I hope I get the results I need this way cuz I am too much of a chicken to get the implants. I think the decision to get implants is a very personal choice. One that can't be influenced by others, but only to please yourself. Some people just do it for the wrong reasons and then live to regret it! The thing is, if you considered this for years, then it sounds like u did your homework and got as much info as u could and then made an informed decision for yourself. And if u are happy, then it really doesn't matter what anyone else says or thinks, right??? I am curious since u said that u just got them on Monday...how's the recovery going for u? I have heard many say that they were really bad off for about 2 weeks. How do u feel? Enjoy your new boobies and show 'em off and be proud! Lots of luck to u.......... Kelly

Thanks for the support guys! Hey, i like your advancement to being Queen! warrior girl. so, did you use up all your HBA? i am on valium and percs so all is bearable. am wrapped up so i really have not seen thejm. yes, it was a tough decision. once you decide to do it even more decisions arrise. like size, incision, muscle placement, silicone oor saline, surgeon. etc. very overwhelming! and yes, i will visit. does Gina still ever visit?

Hi MMM, Yeah, thought it was time I was crowned! For keeping the faith with BE if nothing else! I'm taking individuals now but still have some HBA left (which I take along with the individuals when I take it). What cup size did you go for? I reckon a C or smallish D......
Take care of yourself! And get some wicked lingerie when you're out and about again! Go flaunt them! ;D

MMM- Thanks for being frank and honest. Just like with NBE, everyone's response won't be the same, and I suspect that with your implants, your experience won't be the same as the next person. As you're going through this all, would appreciate if you would keep others 'abreast' of things. Would be a nice share from someone who knows what we're going through, and has insight on something most of us understandbly has concerns with. The most interesting part will be in 10-15 years, when a decision has to be made to keep or uplift, etc...buuuttt, you'll have plenty of time in-between to hopefully enjoy them. Heal well, and take care of yourself!

Hey - Tres' Cool for you!
(Almost wish I could afford the d**n things!)
However, you know the way I am - TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!!!
Fawn ain't all about NBE - if anything, it's not all that high on my list of priorities and studies.
The ONE thing you need to do is make sure you get plenty of rest, food and recovery! Surgery is traumatic to the body, and it can backlash in bad ways. Get lots of sleep, take as much time off work as you can, take your pain meds when you hurt, get lots of good wholesome food to eat and take your vitamins!
Remove any and all stress as possible, sleep!!!!!
And congratulations!
Hope they drop soon and beautifully.
Fawn

i went small c. but i am still in bandages. so, i have yet to see! yes, time will tell. they do have warentees and extended ones if you so choose. any good surgeon will say they are not lifetime devices. this will give me the option of perhaps switching to a better type what ever the future bears! anyhow, thanks again. will keep you posted. am a little worried of what lies under these bandages. take care!

Hi Moomoomama,
Congrats on your decision. I know it probably was not an easy one. I'm sure you are relieved to know your BE struggles are finally over - no more pill popping, no more measuring, no more dissapointments when that darn tape measurement doesn't show an increase!
If my hubby wasn't so against it, I would have thrown in the towel with NBE and gotten implants a long time ago. A small C cup sounds perfect! I'm sure you will look great and be happy with your decision!
Wishing you a quick recovery!

Hi Moomoomama I hope you have a speedy recovery! Most people on this board never see any change in their breast size, despite very dedicated, educated, and costly attempts. I can totally understand why implants are soooo popular these days. At least implants are a "sure" thing. I hope you enjoy your new look! Keep us posted. M97
