Hello all, I was wondering if anyone has tried using a weight gainer (hard gainer) shakes to help gain weight and/while doing BE. If so, how well did it work? I'm thinking about using one, as well as standard whey shakes to help supplement my diet, since I'm quite underweight.

Hi,
I don't know what hard gainer contains, but I used to do fitness/body building so i can tell that if it's wheat protein and in powder form - bulk protein, it will make you gain weight if you take enough of it. I understood from your post that this is what you're trying to gain. It will help you of course with growing boobs as well by providing the protein and it's strong protein. I take protein bars, just for the protein for boobs, but i don't want to gain more weight than i already have.
Hope this helps. Satu

I'll have to take a look at that one as well, thanks! The one I chose is called Prolab's N' Large 2. Its lower in sugar and fat than most of the other gainers... definately a good thing, and is made with Whey Isolate (low lactose....since I'm lactose intolerent). Its highly/ #1 recommended on many of sites...so I thought, why not try it
