It's official,I'm addicted again and I don't know how much it affects my BE effort. I was addicted years ago,had gained weight and then went on a diet and stopped chocolate eating until I was thin enough to pose for a bathing suits catalogue.Since then I've been eating chocolate every now and then, just like normal people but the past 2months I've been having at least 30gr everyday and lately 60gr daily. I haven't gained any weight-thank God,I've already gained enough coz of BE-but I'm worried about it affecting BE. Sometimes, months ago,I used to have breast pains when I had chocolate or juice coz fenugreek was keeping my blood sugar level low so it was good for me but now i'm having much more and I'm very worried. I'm only having dark/bitter chocolate coz it's healthier and it has lower sugar level than the milk/normal ones-plus it seems tastier to me! ;D Anyone here eating sugar and still growing?

I actually am. Usually every few weeks I do something really bad like eat a whole fun-size bag of Twix or Milky Ways or cookies, etc.... But I eat well otherwise so I guess it balances out

I didn't realize sugar was bad for BE!! Oops!!! I'm really big on candy, guess I should lay off a while. I think I'm starting to get some growth!! I've been on a routine for 3 weeks now, and they look a little heavier on the bottom. I don't think it's swelling from my period, because they don't usually swell the way they are right now. So hopefully I'm on the right track! YAY

Funny you should ask. I drove to Bravo's Cucina Italiana today ESPECIALLY for one of their chocolate desserts. ;D I feel satisfied now. . .

Actually, I've tried the sugar-free chocolates. . . they just don't taste the same to me. Plus, the substitute ingredient they use (or one of the substitutes), lactitol, makes my stomach cramp up and bloat horribly. The real thing for me, please! (Finished off a pint of moose tracks ice cream yesterday. . . someone stop me!)

Oh I love my chocolate too! What hits the spot for me is some Godiva chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream...I'm usually a tight wad with my $$ but I don't mind one bit spending $3+ for a pint of that stuff! Another thing that hits the spot is the Dove dark chocolate bars! YUMMY!! Ya know I read and heard alot that if you crave chocolate you could be low on magnesium. Just a thought.

I know,I used to take magnesium for more than a month coz the doctor told me I was really low!He also suggested bananas but who would trade chocolate for bananas, right ?Plus I have an excuse to eat choc.bars everyday, hehe !!!I never have much money in my pockets but when it comes to chocolate I spend like there's no tomorrow !

A chocolate covered strawberry from Godiva sounds amazing after reading all of these posts...I love chocolate, but read that chocolate and pop and such are bad when on BE...So I bought just a regular size bag of M&M's and eat them over the course of a week...if I eat just a few at a time it's enought to stop the cravings...I think I may allow myself 1 choc. covered strawberry per month ...why is it that women love chocolate so much?

I think chocolate is suppose to release endorphins, like sex. Seriously. Em: Question...how can you be so disciplined? I would eat a regular pack of m&m's in, like, 5 min! lol.
