After giving birth to 2 kids, my vagina became larger/ stretched. Do you know if there is anything except surgery to fix this problem?

Malvina,
You could try Kegel exercises. . . they are basically exercises that help to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor and give support to the vaginal walls. It probably won't "shrink" your vagina, but I think it may improve any symptoms you may experience as a result of that stretching.
Try Googling Kegel exercises and see what you get.
Hope this helps -

I agree with Peachy. They work wonders, I had 3 kids and a hysterectomy. but you got to do them every day

Thank you very much to everyone who responded. I was doing Kegels for about 2 weeks now without apparent changes. Maybe, I am not doing it enough? Dollie, how many times a day do you think I should be doing? Did you hear of any herbs that can help?

Kegels, kegels, kegels. Do them ALL the time. Do both long hard kegels and then fast ones. And if you imagine the canal like a tube and you can imagine it, learn to squeeze the tube closed from one end or the other sequentially, like a toothpaste tube and then hold it for a couple of minutes. Try it from both ends. That's ONE part of my body that DIDN'T get totally destroyed (despite tearing all the way though with no. 2) because of kegels and ONLY because of lots of variety type kegels. Do them for a few minutes several times a day - perfect for the commute. There aren't any herbs that will help. Excessive moisture can be cleared up with a decongestant (yes - this works), but really kegels of all types and for a couple of weeks is about all that works. The whole area is surrounded by muscle tissue, and it's like any other muscle. These muscles also spasm and contract during orgasm, so tell your husband you need more for the "exercise". Fawn
