Does anyone know maybe an herb or SOMETHING that can specifically help my butt get rounder? *LOL*!!! that sounds really funny to me,but :ahem: seriously... as i lose weight,my butt is getting flatter...ARGH!!

I don't know about herbals, but here's what helped me: Callanetics (seriously, I'd practically swear by these exercises). There is some heavy-duty butt-lifting and reshaping when you get done with several of these 1 hour sessions. Amazon.com should have some DVD's or books. The other thing that really works for me is walking lunges holding 10 lb weights in either hand.

It shapes the muslce underneath your skin/fat making your butt appear rounder. Your butt doesn't have a specific purpose like your boobs which make milk, if you get what I am saying. SO there really isn't a herb you can take... BUT let me tell you what worked for me accidentally...which isn't really a smart move or an option...gain weight, and lose it really fast. This will however, make you lose all your boob fat...so you're screwed, its like you get one or the other...But seriously, consider exercise, it works wonders.

Isnt that annoying that its either one or the other? LOL* It amazes me how some ppl literally reshape their entire bodies with surgery.Don't get me wrong,Ive actually considered it (not like i could afford it...even tho i discovered theyhave LOANS for that kind of thing..CRAZY!) But it just goes to show ya if you do the research,which is like a DEFAULT SETTING in me when i come across something new,you will find what best suits you.It's a neverending process with its blessings and it's curses..anyway,thanks for the feedback!!!

Hi all,
I've done a lot of things, including serious weight training, and I find that stair climbing (real stairs) is fantastic for the butt. It lifted and toned mine better than other things. I cut waaay back on it lately, and can see just how much it helped, so I've added it back now, as well as Callanetics, which I did years ago and was really happy with, too. I have had really good feedback about my butt from both men and women. The nice thing is that it's free. I usually hold a 9 lb weight in my less strong arm, and read at the same time (I don't advise the latter, unless you won't trip - lol).

Years ago, I was stair master queen. 45 mins to 1 hour straight, even with my 5 mo. old baby in tow. It does work. But the best alternative that tends to give results pretty fast without as much chance for breast loss, is squatting, especially with a few pounds on a barbell. Hold the barbell behind your head, keep your back straight, and squat. If you go to the gym, the guys are always using this one. It really works, strictly muscle building, and working this area helps your body burn fat by raising your metabolism instead of tapping your energy stores. When I was doing this one, I had a butt you could bounce quarters off, and round as melons.
If you really want quick results get the weights heavy enough that you can't do more than about 5 squats at a time. But don't strain yourself, test it out and see what works. But, I'll tell you now, don't try to do this one and the stair master on the same day in the beginning, it will kill ya!
