I had a discussion about this with some of my friends recently (all women) and one said she thinks about 90% of men would get a prostitute. I disagreed but then thought maybe I was just being hopeful.
To me Las Vagas is associated with prostitutes since they're supposed to be "clean" there and something bad happened to a very close friend of the family pertaining to a boyfriend and a trip.
Just wondering...

Hi Joyce! I don't think its so much to do with prostitutes really but i definitely know showgirls are on top of the list. As difficult as it might seem to believe, guys do like some harmless fun like gambling. But jus becoz they wanna watch the girls i don't think they'd wanna do them as well!  Its jus visual treat guys love to have i suppose. I jus hope i'm right!!  |

I agree with you atag. It's all about the visual part. And they probably think if I didn't have my girlfriend I would want that.  |

Its weird how everyone thinks differently on this topic...I would always think to other guys, guys are all like, yeah I want a sleeper and this and that but when it really comes down to it, they're no different than we are. But I got a little freaked out when my friend said 90% of them do it or would do it...

Trust me it freaks me out too. I think guys jus presume 'yeah if i didn't have my girfriend i would go get her' but ultimately if they were single they would think a lot before actually doing it. Again there a guys who wud & guys who wudn't. I think its jus the thot of all this that they like to enjoy. Imagining what it wud be like n stuff. Fascinating.. u know..But don't get urself psyched thinkin what if my boy does that..its not worth it. I used to be like that until i realised i was only ruining the good stuff i had with him. He was worth the trust & i stopped worrying.

Um, prostitution is not actually legal within the city limits of Las Vegas. It is in the state of Nevada, but not in the actual city.
I think most guys go to gamble. I don't think showgirls or prostitutes are really factored in that heavily.

I work with guys that go there on business and pleasure trips and they talk most about gambling... There are great shows and hotels out there as well and they say some of the hottest strippers but I agree with Fawn that prostitution prolly isn't a big factor... There are millions of men out there that would or wouldn't get one and so far out of the LARGE amount of men I know, work with and talk to - only 1, yes 1 said he would do the prostitution thing...
