Word to the wise...we aren't all the same, it's best to figure out what works best for 'Mystynan'. To do this..take Dr. Lee's Hormone test, and figure out your body type. Base on those results, you can then figure out which type of regime will work prolly best, then take a stab. After you start, it'll take about 2 mos to see 'something' happen, then you can tweak a little. Start in the Routines section, Momi's got good guidelines for when to take dosages, etc. [ftp]http://beboard.proboards23.com/index.cgi?board=Routines&action=display&thread=1073503467[/ftp] Dr. Lee's test: [ftp]http://www.johnleemd.net/forms/hb_test.html[/ftp] Search for 'body' type for that test...just posted a great thread a couple of days ago. Share your results..and we can throw out suggestions based on your results. Finally, doing the 300+ rotations that Lucy does a day, takes quite a bit of muscle strengh..I'm loving the results of Reiki massaging, however, I'm only doing about 75-100rotations..and still have results. Good luck!

Hi Mystynan I would recommend that you start with herbs is something to throw you off balance a bit. You may want to look at some routines that include fenugreek, fennel, wild yam, and MOST important RED Clover! ;D Red Clover is a phyto-estrogen along with a progesterone blocker. There is a lot of information on this board regarding estrogen dominance and low progesterone, and success with BE. In a nutshell, most of our successes have been natural low progesterone, with estrogen dominance. When trying to grow breasts, the theory is progesterone receptors stop the estrogen from filling the breasts with fat in the receptors. So...this might be a good way to start. Many commercial have those ingrediants, commercials are a nice way to start BE because they are lower than most individuals and easier for the body to accept. After a few cycles, you could start individuals and see how you do. Some start with Greenbush Enhancement Blend....found at www.greenbush.net. Or go to your local health food store and purchase there. Also check out Fawn's site at www.botanicalbeautylab.com/, she has some GREAT information and deals with herbs and routines. Again...welcome to the board! Ask away!

Thank you so much for your info. Now im taking Quickbust...I had used Breast Success before but it didnt work for me so i ordered Quick BUst, but a week after i purchased it.I found out about your website. Too bad! I think your right its better to take individual herbs. I will do so if i dont see the result of using Quick Bust. I am so impressed with Lucy's result. By the way, im Asian...will it make any different?? Thank u so much

Your race might matter a bit, just the same as a very slight, thin woman would have more trouble with a successful BE program. We have Asian woman who have or are having success with BE. Again...each program must be tweaked to each individual. Just like Wen said ;D. Unfortunately it is not a one size fits all. Be nice if it was. If you have tried commericals, then I would definately go for the individuals, you could certainly start them while on Quick Bust. Just add a cap to your current regiment. I think I would try red clover first for a supplement. Hope this helps, keep us abreast of any developments.

Yeah - see my other post.
As I understand it, African women grow fastest (though NQ might thump me soundly for that statement), Latin & Mediterranian next fast, then Caucasian women, then Asian women, and I think Native Americans (or other North American indigenous people) would fall under Asian, too - since they are descended from Asians.
Now - YMMV - everyone is different. As far as Caucasian is concerned, probably depends on what part of Europe, too - and I imagine it's the same for other groups. There's other factors too. Thats a general statement, but it MAY be a factor if you find yourself stalled or taking too long.

Hi Mystynan! Thanks for the nice comments - I couldn't have done it without the ladies on this board! I know there are lots of other people who have had great results with BE as well.
I agree with Momi on the Red Clover - it seemed to make a big difference for me. And Saw Palmetto is also very effective.
I used to take a commercial blend with NO results ... the individual herbs are much better. And MASSAGE IS SOOO IMPORTANT! I get my best results from fenugreek extract mixed with lotion. I'm not even sure the essential oils make a difference, but they cover up the fenugreek smell! Did you see the Reiki Massage illustration I posted? I do 300 rotations, but a lot of people are seeing great results with 75-100 rotations. Either way, it should only take a few minutes.
Let us know how it goes!! We are all here to support you :-)
