Hello All, I am a new here and I've been trying to catch up on my reading. I know you all are breast enhancement geniuses. I have so much to learn. I was wondering, since you are able to increase your breast size by massaging cream onto your breast with herbs and letting it absorb, do any of you know if it would be possible to put something on your booty to make it get bigger? Any suggestions are more than welcome.

Cheesecake always worked for me!
Seriously, some of the breast creams might help.

Spot gaining in the behind is prolly harder than for the boobs. There's actual hormones designed to do this for the breasts- haven't heard of any for the butt. Still, rub some of the creams on your behind and see what happens. Keep us posted.

Well, the whole theory behind breast creams is that the estrogens (or phytoestrogens) alter the structure of the fat cells to accept and store more fat.
Fat is fat - and booty fat is going to (and does for me and lots of women) increase with phytoestrogen use.
So, we really aren't targeting breast tissue (i.e. glands, lobes, ducts) as much as we are targeting fat cells.
Now, increasing PROLACTIN works synergystically with estrogen to target breast tissue (and "untarget" booty fat, btw). So, an increase in estrogen, WITHOUT increasing prolactin will help target the back 9.
Estrogenic herbs and spices that do not increase prolaction (i.e. - stay away from fenugreek and goats rue, or any other "galactagogue") and keeping massage out of your regimen might help.
The main difference between butts and boobs is that you can make a better butt by exercising the underlying muscles. Your glutes are the largest muscle on your body. Making a rounder butt also requires increasing the muscle tissue underneath, or you'll just end of with a fat saggy mess. Squats and deadlifts are great for the butt, and if you really want to add some curves, do one VERRRYYY slow set of each every third and fourth day (your butt will be SOOOOO sore, but it works). The Stumptious.com website has good weight lifting instruction for women, and is ALWAYS a fun read. The Diva Derriere exercise from the T-Tapp website is also good for keeping the butt the right shape and firmness, and you can download the instructions for free. It burns like a son of a bitch, but it REALLY targets the glutes. Again, don't overdo it, you need recovery time when you exercise seriously.
Hope some of this helps.

My butt never grew no matter what I did - when I was pregnant, when I gained weight, anything... I guess I never tried certain creams or anything like that... so I would guess not but each person is different!

Thanks guys for all your help. I will start to do the excercise that Fawn recommended. Although, I couldn't find the Diva Derriere on the T-Tapp website. Can you tell me the link to it, as I would like to include it in my excercise program. I will also consider buying or creating a cream to rubb on my bum. ;D

I think exercise may help but it also has a lot to do with your genes too. Some people gain easy there while others don't. Mine got bigger when I was preggers....have the stretchmarks to prove. I know that u can definitely tone and work those muscles to get more muscular. The diva derierre tape can be found on www.ttapp.com. Good luck!

Toning your butt makes you look like you have a butt. Trust me. And EFA's in moderation don't cause you to gain weight. If anything they might help your metabolism. Not many people know important they are.
