Hi Mansi, You need to give it some time girl! The pressure in the follicle is a VERY good sign. Just keep the same routine, DO NOT TWEAK! You will confuse your body. But then you know that! Bust of Luck, and happy moving.

At the airport? I'm pretty sure you can't fly and grow at the same time...has something to do with air pressure. Talk to you when you land. Hope the move is going well. tea

Are you doing Reiki massage with boobie batter? [ftp]http://f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/lucillesplichal/detail?.dir=/c1b3&.dnm=c747.jpg[/ftp] Also, did you have ANY sensations like the 'rushing' while on herbs? Is there anything you can relate to the feels like growth. Seems like you're on a path. Luteal swelling is a high indicator of estrogen dominance. However, your system's not showing that. Maybe with the next cycle, use of an HGH precursor like L-orthinine would help. Take it at nite with your last dose (500mg). That's about all I might try for now. You're already at high BO dose and enough SP, and with PR-blocker..you should be on your way. Hang in there!

Mansi - You HAVE to give it time and be patient, HONESTLY. This stuff doesn't happen overnight.
A lot of women don't notice a darn thing til month 4 or 5!
Please just stick with your program at least 6 months. You didn't actually tell me what your cultural background was when I asked, but if you are of Asian extraction, it might take even longer. I don't know why, I just understand that it takes Asian women longer. I also hear that African women and Latin women grow faster, and caucasian women are somewhere in the middle there. So, PLEASE give things more than a couple of weeks to start working.

My wife is Latina/Hispanic/Lamanite and her growth did not begin to appear until the 3rd month. But that was on herbs, not BO and it was using a method that had already been proven successful with someone else (Pammy).

Hi everyone, thanks for your reply and I am back on the board.
I am an Asian and so i understand that i may take longer to grow. the thing is i hate it when i loose all the luteal phase swelling. i just get very impatient. it is hard to have nice round and firm boobs for 15 days in a month and loose saggy and conical breasts for next 15 days.
i understand that i need to be more patient.
also i did not get the blood rushing feeling when i was on herbs. i also feel that blood rushing thing is more related to hypnosis because since i am off it (because of this move), i am not getting any of that feeling. can't wait to install my music system.
okay so i will stick to the routine. will concentrate on hypnosis and will let u know how it goes.
Thanks a lot
Mansi

mansi,
Yeah, unfortunately, Asian women seem to take longer for BE to work. Just be patient, and give it at least 6 months.
Try only measuring once a month - either pick you largest date (usually around day 25-28) or your smallest (around day 5), but if it drives you crazy, just measure once per month.
Shaz posted her recent three months measurements, but she went up and down - but the cumulative effect was positive and there was an uptrend in growth.
So, try not to concentrate so much on the physical sensations. Momi said she didnt' feel a thing for most of the time, and she got some good results.
Just relax and be patient - remember that anxiety will just cause releases of hormones that will counteract your BE progress, too.
