I haven't been reading the off topics section, just alternative , general and newbees so far. I just went to off topics last night.
Everyone probably knows this by now, but I wanted to make sure. Congressman Charles Rangel (D) is who introduced the draft bill. His reason was there aren't enough rich white people in the military. Bush had nothing to do with it. Rangel even voted against his own bill. And yes, I did vote for Bush. I think Kerry is more interested in making other countries like us than dealing with the real problems.
I'm not trying to start a fight.
