Hi All-
Not sure if this is actually off topic or not...
I have had some very unsettling dreams about my breasts since beginning this BE thing. I won't go into the icky details, but in every dream they became grossly deformed. I am telling myself that it doesn't mean anything, but there's always a little nagging voice suggesting I shouldn't be messing with mother nature.
Has anyone else had bad dreams? Do they get to you, or change what you're doing?
I don't like to think about it, but I keep having them.
Thanks- S

Hey Suedette! I know it's quite scary to have dreams like this; especially when you want results without having anything else happen. This is probably why you're having these dreams. We often have dreams relating to fears and issues that are currently affecting us because the mind is trying to work things out and, consequently, resolve concerns and problems. You want this program to work for yourself but you also know you are afraid of any consequences resulting from "messing with mother nature". Due to your severe concerns with this, your subconscious has brought it up in your dreams for you to deal with. You could choose to take this as a sign from your body or you could try to figure out what you feel comfortable with in terms of continuing or not. I've had similar occurances but during regular, everyday conscious thought because I feel better dealing with issues head-on when I notice them than having them come up in some sort of scary dream; but then again, we often don't realize something's bothering us enough until we have them brought to our attention in some form (i.e. a dream). Mind you, I don't believe that all dreams are due to subconscious urges, concerns, etc...but your dreams do sound like they are coming from worrying. If you choose to continue, I suggest facing your fear of side-effects head-on. This could include going to a doctor and discussing your plan or something along those lines. I hope I helped you in some way!

Thanks Stormy- I think my problem is that I tend to be a bit of a hypochondriac. I make mountains out of mole hills. I'm not the kind of person who is always "ill" but if I find a little lump somewhere I panic and think it's cancer until I realize that it's just an ingrown hair. I guess my rational mind tries supress these irrational thoughts, but once I fall asleep, forget about it! Thanks again.

Suedette, I know EXACTLY what it's like to start worrying before there's truly anything to be concerned about. As it is, it's like the 2nd week of my routine and I've already switched because I've felt nothing. I do think I'm feeling something now but I'm also starting to feel feverish around the neck area and my forehead and I don't think that's good. I don't think I'll be jumping the gun and freaking out about it this early in the game though ;D (normally, I'd start freaking out and worrying if I'll suddenly mess up my thyroid and gain weight ).
