Today, I saw one of my friend thave I haven't seen for a year. Man she looked different! She looked great!
She's always been pretty. But her pear shaped body was very pronounced. Her upper body was a little too skinny compared to her lower body.
But ever since she's been away, she's been working out for 3-4 days a week for a year on toning up her whole body and developing a stronger upper body. And boy! She sure did a fantastic job!
When I saw her, her chest looked bigger. Her shoulder and back looked more developped. Her whole body appeared more symmetrical. Her upper body matched her lower body.
She simply told me that she started on working out her upper body after seeing a documentary about models. She saw the before and after pictures of Elle McPherson and Rebecca Romijn Stamos and that completely motivated her.
I've always known that building muscles on your upper body can definitely make your pear shape body look more symmetrical, but I was always afraid of looking too manly... But after seeing my friend today, I am totally motivated in working out my upper body!
