I am just curious what you ladies consider as "growth". A lot of people report losing their growth for various reasons (stop taking herbs, change in routine, etc.), but it seems to me that if it was actual growth then it would take weight loss (fat loss) to lose it.
I guess I just consider breast "growth" as a PERMANENT change in breast size. Is that what you ladies think, too, or am I just crazy? I just get confused when I read posts about loss of growth. Is everyone losing weight, too? Totally confused (as usual)...M97

Hey M97... I completely agree. I could say I have gained almost 1/2 inch because I have maintained it for over a month, but that has happened before and I always lost it for no apparent reason. No weight loss. When I gain a cup size and it lasts I will call it growth. tea

I consider growth stuff that's not affected by whether I drink water or not..guess that's same as M97's saying.

Growth is indeed "permanent" and best time to check if it's "permanent" is Day 5.
This really is a long-term project. : )
Gotta keep perspective.
