Hi everyone, I was reading somewhere that blood group and cellulite has soem colleration. certain blood group people tend t get more cellulite and is more hard for them to loose.
Has anyone heard about it and is it true? my blood group is A+. what does that mean with regards to cellulite??
Thanks Mansi

Mansi,
I haven't found this to be true, but I don't really know, and wonder what everyone else's experience is. I'm an 'O' type, but didn't get any cellulite until after I had kids (when I was already 30). 'O's' are supposed to get cellulite early.
I understand that A's get less cellulite.

I am an "o" no cellulite. I think it's more heredity. My Mom did not have cellulite either, and she was VERY heavy!

Hmmm, I'm an A+ and just started noticing cellulite when I was over 40. Cellulite and weight gain really became issues when I started BE. Does blood type in addition to body type also determine success with BE?

Looked this up and only found info on weight management and blood type. I'm a type O. Have always had a little cellulite...even when I was young and ran track. Now it is really bad. I'm 42. Used to jog, still walk and use weights on and off. Of late I have only done yoga. Nothing helps. Skin brushed for a while, but my brush feels too soft. I would like to find a firmer one. My mom has no cellulite. My sis and I do. My mom was quite gorgeous and perfect in her youth and middle age. Now she is fat...still no cellulite. tea
