Hi, I "overheard" WarriorQueen and Fawn talking about Yohimburn and Lipoderm in another thread ... Do topical fat burners really work? I'd like to give it a try - I have more faith in this kinda thing since BE has proven to be effective.
Anybody have any info or experience they can share?
Thanks! Lucy

Yohimburn worked for me just great. BTW - it's only permanent if you don't eat like a horse afterwards and gain weight. I have not tried Lipoderm-Y yet. I think Pammy & Mansi have both used the Yohimburn and it worked for both of them. Fawn

Yohimburn worked moderately well for me also. I will start using it again this spring. I think it is worth the money and the only way I have found to lose a bit of cellulite and 1/2" off each thigh without losing from up top. Normally to get the thighs I want I have to weigh around 115...my highschool weight, but then my ribs stick out and my arms look like twigs...sunken cheeks...yuk. With yohimburn, I can still weigh around 118 (yes 3 or 4 pounds makes a big difference on me) and be a bit better proportioned. tea

Yup, have tried both the Yohimburn and the Lipoderm-Y. This is only my opinion, but I thought they worked bout the same. So for the money, I'd try the Lipoderm-Y first, it's way cheaper. And I'm with Tea here, to get my thighs looking so much smaller would have me seriously looking anhorexic, so targeting one area while leaving some kind of padding on them protruding bones is a plus.
Good Luck!!

Hi guys, Don't know if this was the link people were talking about, but it's definitely a good price for Lipoderm-Y www.1fast400.com/?products_id=105I used Yohimburn and it worked well (belly and thighs) but I think I need more deal with my spot reduction properly. Will definitely give Lipoderm a try when I get round to it. Anyone who tries this, tell us how you get on, OK???

I have some topical yohimburn but haven't used it yet because I was concerned it might interfere with BE. I have a question though about applying it to thighs: You are only supposed to apply a certain number of pumps (I can't remember the number off hand). This isn't enough to cover each thigh, so what do you do - concentrate on certain parts, or rotate areas??

Shaz,
From what I understand, that's the advantage of Yohimburn over Lipoderm - Yohimburn is thinner and easier to apply.
I would guess just concentrating on one area at a time would be best.

Yeah, and the Lipoderm-Y seemed to kinda bead up some while trying to massage in. Such is the price of cheapness, haaa? ;D
I think it was like 2 pumps per area, concentrating on one area at a time (mostly for me it was those danged saddlebags). So I'd pump twice for each leg and try to get the area as good as I could. The Lipoderm did seem to smooth better and cover more.

Wow, I'm glad I came across this board. I have no body fat on the top part of my body but when it comes to my lower half...haha. Let's just say it sucks!
I've been working out hard but am afraid of losing anymore on the top part. I just need to lose like half an inch on my things and hips and it will be all good.
So is Lipoderm-Y worth trying? I went to that link and it is like $20. Is this a legitiment site? Also how long does it take to start working?
Sorry for all the question but I have never heard much on this topic. Thank you!!!!
