I seem to be getting cellulite on my stomach. >:(I've started skin brushing (towards the heart, so from pelvic bone to rib cage) but so far nothing's helped! I know that the T-Tapp skin tightening programme is meant to be good, but it's out of my budget at the moment. Is there anything I can do? I was going to get Alfalfa (the Solgar brand, as they have a good rep. and it's a quality inexpensive prod. I can get locally. If anyone has any tips, I'd love to hear them!
Thanks and have a great weekend!

Hi WQ, You know I developed some cellulite on my tummy, and I don't usually get cellulite, when I was on 1.8g fenugreek. Remember excess estrogen will do that. When I took my break it just went away. ;D Hasn't returned yet, but I am on 1.2g and haven't developed it yet. Keepin' fingers crossed.

I think the brushing helps more than the alfalfa for cellulite and epsom salt and dead sea salt baths help.
Are you using red clover - I got cellulite on my upper arms with red clover. I quit immediately - it went away.

I'm taking Red Clover! But the brushing seems to be helping. I'd love to use the epsom salts or salt baths but we have a shower. Can I just rub handfuls of salt into my thighs? or do I have to soak in the stuff. Oh - and about alfalfa - I was thinking it might help in BE to ward off water retention. I think some of this 'fat' is really water, so wouldn't alfalfa help get rid of that? Thanks and good luck with the exercise regime! It sounds brutal (but kind of fun!) WQ

BBB's alfalfa is the only one I've used that actually has that diuretic effect. I've tried other brands, and they don't really do much (good for skin, nails & hair though because of the mineral content) in the water loss department.
Yes - you should soak in the epsom salts - but you should be able to pick up mineral salts or dead sea salts cheap even in Europe.
Someone here posted a link where you can get Lipoderm-Y for only $20 a bottle. I've never used it, but I understand it's similar to Yohimburn. That's pretty cheap, and I may buy a bottle myself.

Thanks for the tip on the cheap Lipoderm. I tried Yohimburn and liked it. It got rid of the wishy washy abs! I don't mind using lipoderm even if it's meant to be less easy to use. Have to count the pennies at the moment!

I'm no expert, but I read somewhere (i believe in Alan Cott's "Fasting: the ultimate diet") that you should brush towards the rectum, not the heart, to help eliminate wastes. Maybe that would help. My two cents, anyway.

Hi ladies,
Am I hearing overall that lipoderm-Y and Yohimburn gets rid of ALL the cellulite? Or does it just help?
Really, I want to know if anyone knows about Endermologie. Has anyone tried it? I was thinking that this might help BE because of the effects on the circulation and lymphatic system. And it would help with overall health with taking out toxins. And it seems to work temporarily on cellulite.
I was thinking that the effects this therapy has on cellulite could be kept more permanent if one were to keep doing the dry brushing and alfalfa after doing some sessions.
Do you think that it is really over-kill if the lipoderm-Y works so well?
I have been doing dry brushing and alfalfa since November of last year. I definitely look better and have less cellulite, more faded stretch marks, and a lot less water retention. But I want more results faster like all of us.
I now have some muscle tone on my tummy, but a fat deposit sitting right on top that is slowly going a way with t-tapp exercise and dry brushing. And my bottom looks better, but I still have bad saddle bags and although better, I have more cellulite to work through.
I know Fawn has body wrap materials too that are supposed to help, but quite frankly I don't want to do all that work and have my husband help me. I would rather figure out a cheap way for someone else to do it for me. But having said all of that--- would this Endermologie maybe be the same effects as the body wraps?
I can get this done for like $33 a session.
What do you ladies think?

HOLY nuts!!!
$33 a session!
For that kind of price - give it a shot - AND try the lipoderm-Y for $25, between the two, you should see good results.
I understand about the wraps - I will NOT let my husband see me or help me in them.
And yes - sometime the excess estrogen will cause cellulite. You may be a good candidate for progesterone while you are on BO, too.
