Hi everyone who is on low carb diet,
I wonder how you can do Atkins with BE. The thing is all low carb breads and pasta etc have soy flour. even low carb desserts (except cheese cakes), have soy flour. And we are not supposed to take soy when on BE.
And even on low carb , I can't survive on just meat throughout the day. I take whole wheat bread since I can't have low carb bread.
I wonder how do guys manage Atkins and BE.
Also I read somewhere that free recipes on Atkins bake mixes etc are avalilable on internet. Does anyone had those recipes??
Thanks Mansi

I would have thought that any diet would be bad for BE. In BE, you are trying to gain fat in the breasts, but by dieting you are trying to lose fat (from other places). I would think that it is very difficult to get the body to do two such opposing things at the same time.

Low carbing is something I do know about...unlike how to get bigger breasts : ; I have just gone back to low carbing after taking off to attempt BE. I stopped and ate normally and still had no success with BE. So now I am back to eating the low carb way and I am down 3 pounds this week 5 more to go. I can tell you that eating a lot of the bake mixes and low carb baked goods just wrecked me. It just made me want more and more. I bought the low carb bars and it was misery just eating only one a day for me. The best thing to do is to just say no and stick to your proteins and low carb veggies at least for the first two weeks. Then you can gradually add back some low carb low glycemic items. I tell you it sure does work. I lost about 18-20 pounds in three 1/2 months and never went hungry.
