hi everyone, even though my hubby never questioned my popping up so many pills, he did ask me one day when he saw so many medicine bottles in my cupboard of he could have some of these supplements.
I thought why not even he is turning 33 and should start taking some supplements since diabetes and heart problem runs in his family. I am planning to start him on
1000 mg calcium 1000 mg fish oils 1000 mg Vit C. 1000 mg MSM
What else do you recommend, something that would help him in long term and may help with heart problem and diabetes as well.
Thanks a lot Mansi

What about adding a real good multi-vitamin that's formulated for men? Something that fills in the gaps, like the B vitamins (everyone needs those), etc.
If you go to a health food store you should be able to find something that will work. I've found that in the "mom and pop" stores (the little ones, where the counter is actually manned by the owner), they have more expertise and you'll be able to get better advice. We have a larger health food store downtown and a smaller one where we live up here. I go to the smaller one because they really know what they're talking about. Also, in the health food stores (as opposed to the grocery stores), you'll find a better selection of vitamins and other supplements that aren't full of unneeded fillers.
Good luck!
