hi ladies, merry christmas to all of you i am planning to restart my BE programme from jan, i had tried it for 2 mnths earlier with 1800 mg BO, which delayed my periods and gave me lumps in breasts in spite of prog use 12-26 days. so this time i plan to start low on around 1500. before that can anyone tell me what are the ways i can do a liver cleanse. i know abt milk thistle but is there any other way? and for how many days should this be done? ok, this time my new yr resolution will be to start exercising( and stick to it), so i am going right ahead and buying a treadmill, hardly got time to go to a gym. basically all i want to do is to tone up, get rid of the flabbiness in my thighs and my lil paunch, i am 5'3 and weigh 52-53 kgs,(115-117 lbs), body fat 25.57%,so all i want to do is to tone up and not really lose weight much. but since exercise and BE dont go hand in hand , can you tell me how long i can exercise on the treadmill, so that i get results and at the same time not let it interfere with BE? i know that exercising in moderation is in fact recommended with BE.

Hi Anita, As far as I know aerobics are not god for BE because they burn calories and cause weight lose. If you just want to tone yourself, better go for anaerobics (weights ). this will not intyerfere with BE and also will help u achieve your goal of not losing weight and toning yourself.
And you can do as much anerobics as you want. Hope that helps.

At least with aerobics and weight lifting you maintain your appetite. I started yoga a month or two ago out of boredom from weights. I'm hardly hungry anymore. Must be the effects of all those inverted positions on the thyroid...at least that is what the book says. Happy toning. Hope your thighs are beautiful by spring. tea

Anita Take a look at www.t-tapp.com/home/I have been doing it for about 2 months, lost inches in my stomach and hips. I use the booby batter only while I exercise and have not lost any there. (didn't gain any either, but as long as I'm loosing my stomach and hips I'm happy) Barbara
